The core issue is that no one on your staff raised the basic and essential question of whether my father should be placed in a location that would allow my mother to be interred next to him in the future. We had available plots that would have accommodated this, but the opportunity was missed. Presenting paperwork to a grieving family member during a wake, without guidance or explanation of long-term implications, is insufficient. While this may meet legal requirements, it falls short of the level of care and foresight that families reasonably expect during such vulnerable moments. When I brought this issue to the attention of the owner of Carmon, I was ignored.

Family was told 4-8 some family weren't able to come pay their respects and we were told at 6:45 the service had ended. Some of us were confused and that we were rushed out.
