Our rehearsal dinner was moved into a small room, because of the coordinator making a decision to move us (for a surprise birthday party), without asking the bride and groom who paid for that specific room for the rehearsal dinner( she says she didn't know we wanted that room even tho it was written on the paper during the meeting when wedding planning with them.. The coordinator was horrible, she was not helpful at all. Our wedding cake was rudely thrown in a packing cardboard box, lop sided, and cake was everywhere in the box. Wedding coordinator was also very rude to everyone in the wedding party. She was no where to be found half of the night when she was supposed to help us with everything.
