We just returned from a beautiful ride up the Blue Ridge Parkway and we were so fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay at the Mountain Song Inn for 2 nights on our journey. I just cannot express what a beautiful experience we had with Andy and Chris and their lovely Inn. These two are truly such a special couple with true servant's hearts - everything from hot coffee and homemade cookies waiting for us after a chilly ride to a bountiful gourmet breakfast that's indescribable! (The best meals we had during our entire trip!) Andy so graciously suggesting and helping to cover our motorcycle to keep the rain off. Attention to every tiny detail in our room and beyond! But besides all of that, we truly felt so warm and welcomed at home with them - they are definitely the heart of Mountain Song Inn and we are privileged to consider them as newfound friends! read more

If you're looking for a place where there's lots of natural beauty, lovely gardens, serenity, gorgeous sunrises, far from the madding crowd, this is the place you want to be. The beautiful view from the main deck, the pretty English garden outside our room and the sunrise were so restful and restorative. Chris' breakfasts rival those at any 5 star restaurant. They are creative and everything is prepared to perfection, served in a very gracious manner by Andy, who exhorts you to "Please enjoy." Mountain Song Inn is a very beautiful and quaint inn. The owners Andy and Chris are very hospitable. They make you feel welcomed from the first moment that you meet. The inn itself is in a location that speaks to nature. As with all of the businesses that I visited while in Floyd, friendly is the word of each day. Chris is an amazing cook. Chris and Andy are such gracious hosts. From the first welcome over the porch balcony to waiting for us to return at night the Moreno's did everything to make our stay memorable. Mountain Song Inn is the finest B&B that we have ever experienced. Our room was charming. The bed was oh so comfortable. Best of all were the breakfasts. Four/five course breakfasts were as pleasing to the palate as they were to the eye. We definitely plan to return for a week end of relaxation and indulgence. read more

What a treat! Chris and Andy are the most gracious hosts from the first welcome over the porch railing, to waiting up for us at night to cooking and serving the most sumptuous breakfasts. Not the best B n B we've ever stayed at. The bed was very hard, room was stuffy and had a strange Oder we could not identify in it. They never turned on the head, it was just so cold there. The two owners were not nice men at all either. Charm school boys. read more
