We've also had them design and install Christmas lights. Every year we have strangers ask us who did our lights. Their service includes storing the lights and decorations through the year. Their clients will to pay that extra because they know LifeSpark will do an excellent and professional job.

I have a 90 yr old neighbor who gave her son 1 acre that her son & husband built a house on. The…read moreson was found dead in the house & had been there a few weeks before he was found. The neighbor paid off one morgage of 20k. Then a 2nd mortgage company stepped in.The neighbor has been trying to pay off that mortgage just to get her land back. She has paid the property tax for the last 4yrs. She hired a local attorney, who is also the attorney this realtor uses. The attorney told this lady the financial agency was mean to him and he couldn't get pay off info. So a couple months later this realtor was at the property saying they were remodeling the home & asking 200k for it. Now this home has sat for 4 yrs without anyone doing anything & now this realtor who uses the same attorney the 90yr old lady hired is suddenly got this house on the market. I would say there is some illegal crap going on between this realtor and the attorney. How sad & how sorry it is to do this to a 90yr old whose son was found dead inside the home. A house her deceased husband & son built. After she has already paid out more than 30k to property tax, 1st lean holder, & payments sent in to 2nd lean holder. I would NEVER recommend this company & I will continue to tell this ladies story as long as I live! You people should be ashamed! God does not like Ugly & you sorry people will pay for the ugly things you have done. If you did this to one elderly person I am certain she isn't the only one. I hope you never have another decent night's sleep for the rest of your lives.

I was extremely impressed by these four individuals attentiveness of what Jeffrey was instructing them to do. Jeff had initially told me $3800 for my rather large deck plus we needed a wheelchair ramp that I thought to be impossible to build given the space of good solid ground he had to work with up the street. My mom had to have it. Her health isn't good. Jeff explained to me that there could be more added at the end depending on what took place at my mom's home. If it turned taking him the entire 5 days he allotted for my two projects the total would $6100.00 which I thought was a great deal due to the situation at my mom's. Jeff and I decided to knock my Deck out then move to my mom's. These guys were done with my deck in 2 days. But when they finished at my mom's and was packing up to leave after day 3 I was astonished. Especially when Jeffrey came to collect for the job. I paid $3,000 up front like Jeffrey asked. That would have left another $3100. When he told me all I owed was $2,000 I almost cried. Awesome man of God!
