This guy is a criminal and a con. Tony was hired to replace a roof for a house we purchased along…read morewith a handful of other small jobs that were needed due to some water damage from the existing roof. Less than four months later we have had substantial leaking issues resulting in water damage throughout the house and have watched all of Tony's other "handiwork" literally turn to crap before our eyes. We called Tony to come take a look and figure out how to resolve the issue at which time he promised to fix the roof along with all water damage, all under warranty - no cost to us. After nearly four months of constant calls to schedule said work and nothing but excuses and lies we decided to pay for the repairs out of pocket simply for the sake of getting the issue resolved and moving on. Upon inspection from two other reputable roofing companies we've learned that there are so many issues with the roof due to poor installation that it's almost the same cost to repair as it is to replace. Oh, did I mention he got paid to the tune of $17,000 for his pervious work? Plus the water damage incurred on top of this and needed repairs, we've put over $13K of our own money into fixing the work that Tony was originally hired to fix. Since I'm ranting I should also mention one of the small repairs he was hired for was to replace the electrical panel, which was outdated and considered a hazard. Tony replaced the panel and all is working fine, however what Tony failed to mention is that to do that work a permit needs to be filed with the state to have the panel inspected after completion. After inquiring with the county, Tony never pulled a permit or had the panel inspected, which is illegal in CO and is a safety hazard. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Tony's "services".

He told the front office he would settle up with me and told me he would settle up with the front office. I loaded the materials up and he drove off but never paid. I tried to reach him by phone, email, and social media. We filed a police report for theft and he would never return their calls. They tried to contact him at his last known address but he does not live there. I have since found out that he has a prior arrest record and found guilty for financial issues. This has gone on for several months. I would advise not doing any business with him. Be very careful of getting payment up front before he drives away. I would not pay him for any project unless he completes it first.
