John juggled the needs of myself and my tenants perfectly. Though the initial report from my tenant was of a rodent infestation, John also found and treated signs of German Cockroaches. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John to others.

John, the owner/technician, did not reply to my text. I am somewhat concerned, as he has been unable to eliminate them thus far, but I am giving him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe bedbug elimination just isn't his forte. I was treated Tuesday. This is Friday. There was bedbug activity last night.

Upon inspection they told me I need a new furnace. Never gave me a Detailed estimate just new boiler system along with a couple parts and $186/mo for 180 months. Or I could pay 14724. (Doing the math that's over $33k!!!) not sure how that happened. He also asked me to sign a waiver in case he broke the gas valve. I said no... don't take it apart you're replacing the whole thing soon anyway... I get a message that he removed it anyway and it broke I now need new parts when I asked him not to remove it! I got a second opinion new furnace is $5k plus labor. Trying to fix gas valve first and that part is only $90 not $700. When asking the comfort advisor(sales person) he said he sent the detailed invoice (I never received it) and could only say "labor is expensive." and "This is the best I can do".
