Within 2 sessions I knew that the gym and trainer was not for me and let the trainer know I wasn't going to continue with her. When I asked for a refund she then let me know that she didn't give refunds. This was a $110 waste of money and what's worse is that I specifically asked if there was a squat rack. Her gym does not have a proper squat rack yet I can't get my money back! I will continue to let people know about this place because in a small town word of mouth is everything.

I can't speak to the daytime crowds, but after 8pm there's often less than 10 people working out. A good variety of free weight and machine stations, treadmills, row machines, and bikes. Members get free Wi-Fi and the gym is made up of normal folks. I've been to plenty of gyms with guys grunting and screaming and dumping weights. This is a laid back and friendly spot. It's hard to justify paying into a gym where repairs take upwards of a month or 2 like I've seen in the past but the bright side is, not everything is broken.
