This appears to be a fairly new building. The facility is clean. We arrived 15 minutes before check in and our room wasn't ready but the gal at the front desk moved things around and got us a room. So that's a plus. However, I was very surprised when we started unpacking and found there were very few outlets in the room; FOUR to be precise and two of those were at the desk area, one of which was occupied by the clock radio. One side of the bed had NO outlets. Period. In this day and age with cell phones, tablets, iWatches, CPAP machines it is IMPERATIVE that there be an abundance of outlets. We both wear CPAP at night and that isn't an option. So I headed out to the desk to see if they could supply me with an extension cord. Fortunately they had ONE. That was it. Otherwise I was told "there's a Super Walmart down the road". Anyway, we're all set up for the night. And the room IS clean. There isn't a lot here in Mountain Home as far as hotels and they are all on the spendy side seeing as this isn't a resort. $150 a night is the most we've spent on our return trip and this is nearly 2x what I paid for a room last night and it HAD outlets at the bedside. Did I mention it was clean? At least it had that going for it. And it's right next door to The Wingery, a great restaurant! read more

Visiting my grandson in the Air Force from Chicago area. This hotel is extremely clean and well thought out! They had all the extras of a chain hotel and then some! Staff is very kind and helpful. The free breakfast is what you'd expect, but the hotel and rooms are so nice and clean. I've recommended and will definitely stay here again. read more

Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff and a perfect location right off the interstate.

This is really a sweet little place to stay, about 40 miles east of Boise, Idaho. Rooms are very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable. You have everything you need including a microwave and refrigerator. Place is kept up nicely and usually easy to book (although weekends in the area are busy). Its very private and a great place to get away from the city, or rest on your way to the city, or just kick back and chill out. Staff is very friendly as well. I do recommend it. read more

Probably the worst night I've spent in a hotel. I got a dog friendly room which ended up being at the end of the hall by the exit so I heard the exit door opening throughout the night. The next morning, the front desk lady asked how everything was & I told her that the door made sleep difficult. She looked at me like she didn't give a damn & just said, "Well, have a nice day." The location sucks too. It's not a good walking area for dogs. You can drive to town but I just got done driving so long that I was not in the mood to get to a car. Never again. read more

The room was clean and the location was quiet. There was ample parking. The front desk clerks were pleasant and helpful. We were able to get a room on the first floor and the walk with luggage from the parking lot to the room was very easy despite recent injury. There was a fridge and microwave. The air conditioner worked well but was a little loud when it came on during the night. read more

Super friendly staff. Debbie is a GREAT hostess!! Comfy & super clean room. I recommend it for a one night stay on the way to Yellowstone.

Check inn was last minute and front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room is very clean and well appointed. It is an old sleep inn so that will give you an idea of room size. Hot water with pressure in the shower and bed is comfy. Very nice for the price. I would stay again. read more

The hotel is fine. In an attempt to offer "free" breakfast they have partnered with the adjoining wingers. This is where the breakfast is located. The food is good but is comparatively slow vs the typical onsite hotel breakfast these days. Not a big deal but be aware and plan for a little more time if you are in a hurry. read more

Disappointing stay here. After 10hrs on the road we met a full hotel and although we reserved a nonsmoking room, had to stay in smoking. Super gross for an exhausted nonsmoker. To be fair we reserved the room through Priceline, but the hotel should NOT have sold a room through their system if one was never available. Aside from the huge disappointment, the place was very clean and the continental breakfast looked pretty standard. Unfortunately this stink will follow me around for good, won't be back. read more

I want a refund and am an unhappy camper. I recommend you drive past his hotel and stop in boise or Twin Falls! I booked online a non smoking room. They gave me a smoking room and said no non smoking rooms were available. They said the other hotels in area were owned by the same company and didn't have any rooms either. I would like a refund. All my clothes reek now and I didn't sleep well. The room was really stinky! I hope some bad karma catches up with owner and mgmt who can't honor non smoking reservations. Shame! Drove from CA to Idaho to see the eclipse and needed a place to stay, not too far from Weiser. Luckily I found this hotel which was nicely updated, cozy and smelled fresh and clean:). Staff was great too. Thank you to Kristy who let us in way before regular check in. Price was also reasonable for the occasion. Almost forgot... breakfast is decent and stays out until late morning;). Jackpot!!! read more

We had a comfortable, clean room with the usual amenities, plus fridge and micro. A wall thermostat easily controlled room temperature. Though other reviews here mention smoking rooms, we never smelled any smoke at all. Maybe it is all non smoking now? The usual breakfast offerings until 10 am, nice if you like to sleep in. You can walk to restaurants nearby. For an overnight it is very good and reasonably priced. read more
