There was a ten people line up when we arrived to check-in. We learned fast that the only heating was the gas fireplace for the two storey condo with a heater in the entrance close to the kitchen. VCR/DVD player was not working; Radior/Stereo with speakers was not working either. Shuttle service to the hill was excellent. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Appliances are working well except for the dishwasher which is very, very NOISY during the whole wash. Beds are not that confortable, but for three nights, it is not too bad. PHONE: we never got the ACCESS code to use the land line to call front desk. We had to go to the GRAND RESORT HOTEL to get answers to condo deficiencies. When you stay at Pinnacle Condo, you do not have access to the heated pool in the GRAND RESORT HOTEL. Another thing we learned upon arrival. HOT TUB is another building close by; we did not go because we had to walk over there, change and come back to condo. NOW, we understand why the PRICE is right.

I ADAMANTLY implore any readers of this review to do your research and use other agencies instead of this one. I warn you, this agency will take advantage of you and your fellow renters, and utilize the legal system to try to wheedle money wherever they can. They are friends with the property owners, and will screw you, the renter, if the situation ever comes to it.
