I found a beautiful arrangement, placed the order, and called back to make sure everything went through. He told me the delivery driver had already left, but he went above and beyond and personally delivered the flowers himself. I've ordered flowers for family and friends throughout California, and typically, the arrangements don't always look as good as the pictures online. With Alejandra's Flowers, that wasn't the case at all. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the picture. My Daughter recently ordered a floral arrangement from Wildbud Floral Co for her wedding, with clear instructions and a written confirmation of the types of flowers to be used more so not to be used. Unfortunately, the arrangement she received included completely different flowers--some of which she had specifically requested not be included due to allergies and personal preference. To be specific Roses. Roses were used in almost all arrangement including boutonnière and corsage's. When my daughter reached out to address the issue, expecting at least an acknowledgment or offer to make things right, her contact, Cheyenne was unavailing and dismissive to her concerns. Despite having the original written order as proof, she refused to take responsibility and only offered $500.00 in store credit as the only form of correction. Her unwillingness to admit any mistake, even with documentation in front of her, was frustrating and unprofessional. Clearly $500.00 refunded would have gone much farther in restoring one's business name and integrity as opposed to a credit from a business that fails in customer service. Mistakes can happen--what really matters is how a business handles them. In this case, the lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly caution anyone considering this florist to look elsewhere, especially if you're planning something important and expect reliability and integrity. I'm hoping I'm allowed to download and share pictures of my daughter's day and allow you to compare what is on their website for an outdoor wedding venue and compare with the reality we had. The order was delivered to her work and I was hoping for an impressive presentation. Unfortunately, it did not meet my high expectations for what I paid for ($100). On a positive note, I was relieved the order was delivered by 2 pm since her shift ends at 3 pm. However, I was not thrilled with the pics my niece texted me of the arrangement that was delivered to her. When selecting an arrangement on the FTD web site, the first thing that caught my attention about this specific arrangement (Star of the Day Floral Cake) was the adorable "Happy Birthday" star topper. This topper was missing. Surprised the florist failed to substitute a floral pick, or something comparable at least. Also, this arrangement was supposed to have 4 straight white candles. It only came with 2, and they were colored and wavy, which made it nearly impossible to see against the colored floral background. Finally, I paid extra for a mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with a balloon that I personally feel did not compliment the colors of the flowers, and was not fully inflated. When my niece brought the flowers home that afternoon, the balloon was already half deflated! I'm sure it will be completely deflated and on the floor by the end of the day :(
