ALL OF THE TIMESTAMPS ARE WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF ONE ANOTHER SO THEY ARE EITHER FRIENDS AND FAMILY OR PURCHASED REVIEWS. First, Darian came across as very respectful and professional during the bidding process and even up to the first day of work. I wanted a single color epoxy with a single product since it wasn't going to be decorative or complex. The quoted amount was significantly less than anyone else which should have been a red flag but Darian spoke like he knew what he was doing and recommended a Sherwin Williams product which | appreciated since I use Sherwin Williams all the time for paint. They showed up on time and finished the work promptly. That being said, once the work was done, I noticed a few imperfections/ cracks, as well as the expansion joints we had discussed being filled after the epoxy was done. When I brought them up to Darian, he immediately became defensive and started swearing, attempting to intimidate me. I tried to calm the situation and ask for a reasonable compromise. To this he responded with a few dates he could come out to do the expansion joints "because he's a man and he will do the work if I thought it was fair" and then asked if I was interested in a quote for additional painting in the garage. After sending the quote he mentioned that the expansion joints could be done at the same time as the walls but never followed up on the expansion joints. At the risk of angering him with a further request for the joints to be filled, I ended up just ordering the material from Sherwin Williams myself. Upon speaking with the Sherwin Williams rep I have used in the past, he informed me that the product Darian used typically served as a base coat with a clear coat being needed to prevent it from eroding in a garage setting. I'm a perfectionist, so what did I do? I did the rest of the project myself the right way. I ended up needing the sand and recoat with the original product and then I added flakes/chips to make it look better all around, then I finished with the clear coat, and AM SO glad I did this. The original coating they did was marginal at best which would have been 3 or 4 stars, but the unprofessional demeanor of Darian is why I knockeo it down to one star. Hopefully others have seen a better side of him but I would not recommend their services to anyone.

They had promised to cover the other side of the fence to prevent spraying on my neighbors' belongings... they did just the opposite. They painted some of the asphalt and brick under and around the fence; they painted my neighbors' belongings (scooters, recycling bin, downspout, etc) so I had to knock on their door and apologize! Unbelievably, that was done under the owner's supervision. We asked them to clean up our neighbors' things, which they attempted but were not completely successful and after that did not even offer a discount to compensate the neighbors for the upset. In addition, we asked them not to rush with the project given all the rain every single day (May 2015). They disregarded our wishes and painted despite all the rain. What's more, they did not inform us they were coming (what any professional contractor would do!). My final complaint is that I just stepped outside to the alley and noticed a trail of paint that runs to the next house. All in all, a total disrespect and a job that was anything but professional. If you hire them, you better supervise them but I don't recommend hiring them in the first place. Don't say I did not warn you.

Peter and his team first stained the exterior of our cedar home in 2011. They did a superior job…read moreand ten years later, in June 2021, the stained it again. Peter far surpassed what was in our contract, putting on two coats of Sherwin Williams stain and carefully cleaning up before cleaning. He's easy to work with and will explain how he will do the work. We were very happy with his work...both times.
