I think I'll stick to the company's who don't pay for a physical location, but do show up and provide timely quotes and communication. Update: After I posted my review, they finally contacted me and tried to insist they had sent a quote (it was not in my spam or email.) Then they did send a quote that was not what I asked for. I didn't provide my email address again, so they clearly had not sent it originally. Then they asked me to take down my review because it wasn't good for their business. Read less

Six weeks later I still had no commitment to a precise date, and had to keep postponing a business trip because I was told (on the rare occasions that they returned my messages) that they'd be here next week. The last time I spoke to Roger (Sr.) he finally returned one of my many calls. I explained that I expected them to finally commit to a date for me, which is why I put down the deposit. Roger acted insulted that I would suggest that my deposit meant that they owed me anything. He told me I could have it back if I wanted. What a horrible experience. I wish I had read Lisa's review before I hired these guys. Roger was completely unprofessional, and if you're smart enough to be doing your own due diligence then please do not give this guy your money.

The garage floor is a sticky mess, the gravel sprinkles were thrown over in clumps that are still treading through the house. He will probably reply to this review and state that he offered to come back and try to put it right, but after having an experienced company out to take a look, the only way to put the mess right is to remove it completely at a further cost of $3K. Garrett charged me $2.5K. Totally disgraceful.
