Male dispatch left me in tears…read more Rating 1 star only because until now my previous experiences had been good - today that went out the window, I had called them earlier this month for a food run and the lady who answered was helpful and the driver was friendly. This morning the guy who answered snapped at me for asking why he was telling me different things when it came to ordering. This was the response : "STOP MENTIONING LAST TIME- I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU'VE BEEN TALKING TO - BUT I'VE BEEN HERE 10 YEARS AND KNOW THE RULES - NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT!?" Almost in tears I apologized to him for the inconvenience my call caused. he then hung up on me. I had an anxiety incident afterwards and needed medication. I will never use them again.

I am moving all my orders to a competitor that I pay a bit more per delivery, but they are not so disrespectful and dismissive of the clients.

He…read morereceived a phone that his relative passed away and needs to attend a funeral within 3 hours (not long enough for him to make our trip and get back). He then called his headquarters and informed them that the road was unsafe and he will have to return back to Red Deer. There was a small snow storm, but none of the hundreds of cars were turning back. After several phone calls, they informed us that they won't get us a replacement taxi. They actually suggested calling Associate Taxi instead. Great way to do business. Never rely on this company on any critical travel plans.

Nothing special, nothing out of the ordinary. Not all cab drivers were created equal. Before the new call system was put in place with all the cabs, I did find they would fail to show up at the least convenient times. But I haven't seen that happen for a while now.

The GPS the cab uses sends you on the longest route possible. Use your own GPS when taking the cab…read more Luckily the driver noticed the issue with the routing and adjusted the price. I've also heard rumors of the management exploiting their drivers. Would not recommend.
