There was a problem, though, tile is cold. Ohio is frigid. Yeah that wouldn't have worked because heated tile is a bit too expensive for my budget. I don't like hardwood floors because it's easily damaged/scratched and needs a lot of maintenance. I was looking at just simple vinyl floor when he recommends luxury vinyl plank. It's scratch resistant and water proof. Sold! He showed me different colors and styles and I picked one that was grayish brown in color. Had him do my entire house. It wasn't cheap, but the end it looks amazing! I love my new floors. They originally gave me an estimate of 10 days to perform the labor, they did it in 7. Awesome! I eplained that I work third shift and am asleep all day and they asked that I leave back door to garage unlocked and I did that right then even though I wasn't expecting anyone to come till the next day. I am so glad that I did because they were done early with other jobs and came over and fixed door on Tuesday while I was sleeping. I went out to garage at 730pm to move some things for them to do work next day to find my sons car in the garage and the door was fixed, I was amazed.
