I wish these reviews were here before I rented from her a long time ago!!!…read more She used to be just with Rent Me Arizona, then once we moved she was in the process of going Fergen & Co. When we first applied she told me there was an eviction on my record and I needed to pay a higher deposit. I knew I didn't have an eviction, but I agreed to pay the higher deposit because I did have a low credit score due to being young. God I was so naïve! When it came time to move, she definitely knew how to scam us straight out of our money. She called me back to verbally discuss things that I tried to get in writing by emails. I don't know why but I thought she was just being helpful. After probably 45 days with no deposit back and tons and tons of unanswered calls and emails, I received a check RIPPED in the mail. the post office stated that it was like that when it was sent to them. She had written a check for less than HALF my deposit, and ripped it to hide that the date was past 30 days. I had a lawyer write her a letter demanded replacement of the check and more for deductions that I could dispute or else I would take her to court. Her lawyer told my lawyer to return the ripped check and they would at least return the amount that was damaged. My lawyer did, and she never returned the check. I had only one year to file a lawsuit but it became too costly because I had moved out of state and I just had to sadly let her get away with it. She stole nearly 2k from my family in this. DO NOT RENT FROM HER!!!!!

I would not give Fergen & Company any stars, just as all of the rest of the reviewers! Before she…read moremerged with Paielli Realty, she would never respond to emails or voicemails; she would never provide any accounting statements; I was lucky to even receive my rental checks and they were never on time. Recently, she merged with Paielli Realty, which was to "improve" operations; however, it only went downhill from there (hard to believe the situation could get worse but it did). Since the merger, she now only deposits my owner rental income in arrears, and NOT in the first 15 days of the month as NORMAL PROTOCOL in the property management business. What broke the camel's back for me was when they finally got around to doing repairs (I came to find out later the tenant's repair requests were ignored for the longest time), they started charging me a "coordination fee" to "handle the coordination of the repairs".... That is SUPPOSED TO COME FROM THE MONTHLY FEE AND THE ANNUAL ADMIN CHARGE FEE! Well obviously nowhere is this bogus fee spelled out or allowed in the agreement and I have since requested the fee to be deposited back to me and gave them my 30-day notice. They now don't respond and have yet to deposit the unallowable fees back to me so I have turned them over to my attorney! I'll let the law take over now.

We received a recommendation to use Nicole when I asked my good friend in Tucson who she would use…read morefor real estate. Our friend said hands down Nicole Brule-Fisher When we first started looking we were thinking second house. We exchanged emails with Nicole and made arrangements to drive and look at houses. Nicole spent all weekend with us showing homes, connecting with other agents to give us more options. There was one house that was amazing that she was able to show us before it even went on the MLS but it didn't have a place for a pool. (sad face) Nicole showed us a bunch of houses but nothing we were ready to pull the trigger on (this is the beginning of October). So we went home and Nicole started emailing us listings. There was one house that we wanted to see but we couldn't get away. Nicole went out and face timed us for a walk-through. Since we were relocating there wasn't urgency on our end. We were looking for a turnkey house that hit all our must haves. Anyway, my husband was on a quick trip to Tucson and I was in California when I went on Zillow and saw this sweet fixer upper in a great area. My husband called Nicole to see the property. I guess she was unavailable because she told him Nick would meet him at the property. Nick was great - he's unpretentious, friendly and knowledgable. We wrote an offer on the fixer and with their recommendation added an escalation clause. Our offer wasn't selected but became the backup offer. Anyway, all the stars aligned when the first party backed out and we got news that the sellers wanted to accept our offer. woot woot! The fixer didn't have everything we wanted but the location was so amazing and the price low enough that we decided to take on the project to get exactly what we wanted. I honestly didn't think we were in that headspace when we started looking. I really liked working with Nicole and was a bit bummed that we got kicked to Nick. Life happens though - it was during covid so who knows why this happened. On the up side...We also really liked working with Nick. They both were great and have gone the extra mile for us - before, during and after the purchase. Before we closed, two turn-key properties came up on Zillowthat we absolutely loved. We made a trip out to Tucson just to be sure we were making the right decision with our "fixer" - We passed on them, but those houses were very tempting. Nick recommended contractors and inspectors so we could get things inspected during our 10 day inspection period. He really made this part of the transaction go smoothly. My husband and Nick did the final walk through. Nick was with us every step of the way. After the sale we got a notice from the city that we had a water leak. One of our neighbors saw the notice and called the listing agent who in turn called Nick. Nick called us and was kind enough to go to the property to turn the water off for us. The only area that I felt didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped is with the lenders they recommended. There was some miscommunication that was really inconvenient especially around the holidays. I would highly recommend Nicole and Nick if you are looking to buy a property in Tucson. They are both professional, unpretentious, and know the area extremely well. It was a pleasure to work with them and we appreciate all their time and care.

They made, what can typically be a difficult, process quick and easy. Their knowledge of, and experience in, the Tucson real estate market made it easy getting to an acceptable offer and navigating through the various steps to close. Their efforts even included working tirelessly to find a home for all the furniture we chose not to take with us. Both Nicole and Nick and friendly, easy to talk to and understood the emotions that accompanied saying goodbye to our home. We have absolutely no complaints working with Nicole and Nick and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the very best in help selling their home.
