I went in today and told her I needed her to fix a new dress and explained how she'd help me before. She said she didn't know what I was talking about and said I don't know what you want me to do. I walked out this time. This lady is so rude and I will not accept being spoken to this way while bringing money into her shop. I will never set foot in this place again and will tell everyone I know in this area not to go there. Unbelievably rude.

I then returned the next week and they'd lost the ribbon. The middle-aged woman not only did not apologize but was outrageously rude behaving as if I were in the wrong. Finally, several days later I returned yet again and the elderly gentleman was very kind acknowledging that the ribbon had been torn due to its age. The middle-age woman with whom I had dealt should be let go. She has no business interacting with customers, particularly since the rate for their services is high.

Without notification, they decided to add $0.50 to a $17 dry cleaning order for "credit card" and didn't have the courtesy to inform me and when I asked for a receipt she said they don't give them but I could keep the order slip with the $17 on it. A receipt came through by email with the additional charge. It is no ok to charge more than the bill because you want to evade taxes by encouraging people to pay with cash. Their prices are not cheap to begin with and most pay with credit cards so if this extra was in the cost originally, why isn't it now? Greed. Stop this bad customer policy and keep my business. Continue it and there's plenty of other cleaners to use.
