He had me pop the hood, then proceeded to assess how hard the lightbulb would be to replace, and then just replaced it right then and there! Since I had bought a pair of lightbulbs (a better deal for a future light out), he replaced the other one, too! Then, he told me "no charge"! I certainly wasn't expecting that! My bulbs were pretty straightforward. I have had cars where they had to go through the wheel well, and I know with some cars they have to take the whole bumper off, so it can take hours of labor to change a bulb, so just because mine was no charge (because it was so easy) doesn't mean yours will be.
