Last year I went to have an inspection done and it was a cold morning. They had their front garage doors open, but as soon as I pulled up, a guy came over and said, it will be a bit, WE need to go get propane for our heater. Both employees went to get propane. Why would it take 2 guys to go get propane? I left and went to Ray's instead. Today, I needed another inspection, so I thought I would give them another shot. I drove by and their was one car in the inspection bay, so I pulled to the side of the door hoping one of the lazy techs would notice me and come out to greet me. Instead, one guy was walking around doing nothing and there was a girl who was performing an inspection on the only car in the shop. She eventually saw me setting there and rushed out like she was mad, then yelled at me to park on the side of the building. In all the years that I have going here, I have always pulled to the left of the bays as most others do if there is a car in the bay for inspections, that way the tech sees me there. I guess this partulicular tech wasnt smart enough to assume I was there for business! I damn sure wasnt there to just hang out in the front of the building? Needless to say, I had enough of this place. I forgot to mention there were other times I had been there getting inspections and the guys in the shop were playing very loud music that had cussing in the lyrics while elderly people were waiting in the waiting room. That is just disrespectful toward your paying customers. This place deserves zero stars and they have lost my business for good and my recommendation as well.

I had to work so my wife took our 2016 Ford F150 here for an oil change. I assure you I wish Walmart was open. She waited an hour before the work began and then another half hour to complete the work. REALLY, A FREAKING HOUR AND A HALF FOR AN OIL CHANGE!?!?!?!?! Then once they began and were already into the job, my wife was informed that they did not have the correct oil filter for our truck. She was not given the opportunity to halt the job, or to get a discount for the extreme inconvenience, she was told that the old filter would be placed back on and that she would have to go somewhere else to buy a filter and either put it on herself or have someone put it on. This to me sounds like the age old, "She's just a woman and don't know any better" thing. I would not recommend this business for any of it's services. I will not take my business back to them. The oil change was $82 total and that's without the oil filter. At Walmart we paid $45 for the entire thing including the oil filter. I don't know who these people think they are but I for one will spread the word.....STAY AWAY! And in reading other reviews, It is obvious that this place has a serious racket in overpriced services. These people, this owner should be very ashamed for treating people, including our military this way.

He was INCREDIBLY RUDE from start to finish...If you want to be treated with respect and kindness, I would go to Chevrolet Platinum, in Terrell. They were incredibly courteous and reasonable. They payed for the 1200.00 supposed diagnostics fee that I was cheated on and they offered a trade in on it at there facility...Bought a brand new car from the Chevy dealership and was treated fairly....Thank You Platinum Chevy in Terrell!! You are amazing!!

I showed the girl behind the counter & she told me which really threw me that those lights had a sensor and only came on at night (which I know they don't I've been driving this car for years) & if that was true then how would I be able to drive my vehicle in the rain during the day that made no sense & I kind of felt like they didn't want to be bothered to fix cause I've never heard that a light that has a switch in the vehicle only can come on during the night that made no sense to me! I get my oil changes at the dealership and they did that and after that was completed, the service advisor tells me that my oil pan was leaking and that I needed to replace it. The cost was $530. The advisor continued by telling me that the passenger side front axle had grease all over it and that that repair would cost $2150. I was suspicious and untrusting of Clay Cooley simply because of the entire situation, so I had seen online Dwight's & Don's Auto Care and I decided to give them a try. I met with Justin and explained my situation and he presented himself as a truthful guy and I decided to give them a try. Well, after everything was done, my oil pan didn't need to be replaced. It was the oil filter housing assembly that needed to be replaced because it's plastic and had broken. As for the front axle and the grease, Don told me that they cleaned it up and that the boot wasn't torn and that there was no reason for any further repair. So, after going to see Dwight's and Don's Auto Care, I went from a possible $2100 repair bill to a $400 repair bill. My Palisade SUV is running good and I highly appreciate Justin's and Don's sincere honesty. This was my first time in their shop and they took care of me like I was a regular customer and from now on I probably will be. Thank you so very much, I'll definitely be back when any other work is needed.

Balch Springs, TX 75180 I went in Sunday 9/1/2024 to have my 235/40 R18(already a smaller tire size than it should be) moved from my front driver side to my back driver side and then I paid $50 for a new 245/40 R18(the correct size that is on three of my wheels) to be put on my front. Saw the front was good and assumed great I can go. Labor Day I lost tire pressure and checked to find a 215/40 R18 on my rear driver side. Uh hello? Where is MY tire and to put such a drastically smaller tire is obviously negligent, shady and potentially dangerous. I have children in my car. Tuesday 9/3/2024 I went back to the shop to discuss this with the employees and ask where MY tire was. One man first tried to say I bought two tires and the 215/45 R18 is what I paid for along with the correct 245/40 R18 in the front.. I informed him how I would never buy such a small tire and I have the receipt for only purchasing one tire, he then said I came in with the 215/45 R18..... Lol, oh so y'all are gaslighting and taking advantage of women by assuming naivety. I bought the 235/40 R18 a week ago... I know what's on my car, especially because it was already the wrong size to begin with. I asked to review the cameras with him to prove who's right, as I have the receipt and time stamp. He refused and then proceeded to ignore me in the rain and walk off- while a shop of five grown men whom all watched me argue and understood seemingly perfect enough to be amused; all claim to suddenly not speak English anymore and ignore me. Shady, crooked and dangerous. Shame on every grown man in that shop taking advantage of women to gain an extra dollar. Disgusting. I would avoid at ALL costs.
