Nareen can be a little over the top from time to time but I never heard him verbally abuse anyone. I have been going there the last 2 1/2 months, 2x a week. They recently lost one of their therapists. Erica is amazing but you have to book in advance. I have heard discussions that management wants them to double book whenever possible, so that is not the therapists preference! It seems that they are short handed and putting in long hours which can be stressful but I agree there is no need to be snippy. I agree the office staff has always been very nice! KP

Still kind of in shock... waiting for someone to pinch me because I truly…read morecan't believe how quickly I went from extreme pain to feeling like myself again within a few days. For context, I'm in my late 30s and have dealt with a herniated disc in my neck and cervical spondylosis (hereditary + a bad car accident) for ~15 years. My flare-ups are usually debilitating... days or even weeks of being stuck in bed. Lately they've been worse and lasting longer. This most recent one hit out of nowhere, 2 weeks after I thought I was recovering after a round of steroids and muscle relaxers... I woke up in the middle of the night with intense, electric pain shooting from my neck down my arm. Even breathing and the impact from just walking hurt my neck. I was honestly considering the ER. To add to the chaos... this was a few days before a Disney trip with my family. I found PMR Danbury while desperately Google searching that morning... and from the first phone call, I knew I was in the right place. Christina was incredibly kind, calm, and efficient... she got me in within the hour and handled everything so quickly (TY again Christina!! You are so wonderful). Then I met Dr. Tilden... and man.... there are no words. He listened thoroughly, assessed everything through an exam/X-rays, and got to work with a level of confidence and skill that instantly put me at ease (even though I was terrified to have anyone touch my neck). He used a mix of treatments (TENS, heat, cupping, stretching, adjustments)... and I felt about 70% relief right there. I genuinely couldn't believe it. All of this in 1-2 hours from consult, X-rays, to immediate treatment same day. He saw me each morning after that to keep the progress going before my trip... and I'm now ~95% better. I never would've dreamt that kind of recovery.. I was totally happy with that 70% and didn't think it could improve that drastically. That speed of recovery is unreal for me based on YEARS of dealing with this. I've done PT, injections, meds... nothing compares to the care, precision, and results I've experienced here. Dr. Tilden is truly exceptional at what he does and the entire experience from start to finish has been stellar.. they have everything you could possibly need there + the best in class to perform these treatments. My advice... If you're in pain/limited physically in any way, don't wait. Don't second guess it. Just book the appointment. You'll be forever grateful you did. I am so incredibly thankful for Dr. Tilden, Christina, and the entire PMR Danbury team... your impact is seriously life changing -- nothing beats having quality of life and being pain-free. Can't wait to continue with maintenance (and enjoy Disney with my husband and 3 y/o son ). THANK YOU thank you thank you x 100000. (So much for me having "no words"... ). I was put into the hands of Dr Craig Tilden. This man saved me. The pain I was experiencing was excruciating!! Over the next month the Doc put me back together. If it wasn't for Dr Tilden I may have ended up on a surgeons table and no one really wants that. I highly recommend therapy first over surgery. So thank you Dr Tilden for everything. I went there to get rehab for a…read morebroken left patella & apprised them on my initial interview that I was concurrently dealing with a groin injury. Despite this their PT gave me exercises that proved to exacerbate this groin injury. When I went back for a second 'treatment' and told them I continued to have problems w/doing some of the exercises due to increasing groin pain, not only did the PT assistant inform me she was increasing my exercise sets by 10 repetitions, but she literally strapped a 1# weight to the ankle of my injured leg which was also the leg with the groin pain. The weight she added to my ankle resulted in my having considerable excruciating groin pain, that seared into my back. The insult to all of this was when I informed the PT about my groin pain, this person jocularly informed me that they could substitute other exercises that would not affect my groin. WHY THIS WASN'T DONE FROM THE BEGINNING WHEN I GAVE HIM THIS INFO AT MY INTAKE INTERVIEW IS A MYSTERY TO ME. I strongly do NOT recommend this place.

Came for ACL Rehab... Now I Actually Enjoy Exercise…read more I came to Evolution Physical Therapy and Personal Training in Norwalk for ACL rehab... and somehow ended up becoming a person who actually enjoys exercise. I first started with ACL prehab before surgery, and then returned for post-operative ACL rehabilitation. What immediately stood out about Evolution is the true one-on-one care. Your therapist is focused entirely on you - your injury, your progress, and helping you get back to living your life. Working with Nick helped rebuild my leg strength far beyond what I expected. Somewhere along the way I realized I wasn't just recovering from an ACL injury, I was actually getting stronger overall. So yes... the person who once described herself as allergic to exercise somehow ended up continuing with personal training at Evolution. Nick has a rare ability to meet you exactly where you are and help you get stronger from there. After months of working with the team, the progress has been incredible. I'm stronger, more mobile, and more confident than I've been in years. Choosing Evolution was one of the best decisions I made during my recovery. One of the things I really appreciate about this clinic is the environment. During sessions I see people recovering from all kinds of injuries and conditions, and watching their progress is genuinely inspiring.
