We were assisted by John who was absolutely amazing! He took my partner step by step on how what is included in the account he choose, additional benefits if he ever choose to change plans, how the branch works etc. He was so patient and interactive and joking around with us the whole time. But when I did, I noticed that they had my address as "SoMar, San Francisco, CA". They were close as they only missed it by 3,000 miles! I actually live near Quantico, VA. The odd thing is that I have turned around and have decided to keep the account despite the abundance of incompetence. I had gone to one of the branches to close my account. But I was on the phone and noticed how easily people were walking up and using the ATM. Plus, they are open Saturday mornings (my current bank closes at 5:00 on Friday and you have to wait until they open Monday morning); there's branch near my work and near my home (my current bank isn't near anything). I have been with my current bank since 1998, so letting go is difficult, but I am breaking up with them.
