While some pieces are v pricey, as any designer label goods are, some are reasonable and there's a great range of more affordable accessories - it's a lovely place to buy my cousins a special birthday treat. However, recently I ordered an item that was too small. The very next day I contacted the returns department and they sent me a return label with a reference number. The only instructions were to repackage as sent and place the document with the reference number in the package. Then affix the label to the outside (the post office said that it was printed incorrectly and had to fix it). Only in the return section of their website do they discuss custom declarations of which I missed. You had better be sure that you have exactly what you want! I live in the USA and if you want to return something to the UK they will accept it within 21 days. However, by the time you pay the original shipping to you, return shipping, possible tariff and then the exchange shipping the value of your product is not looking so great. Please get with it in this world of great shopping and shipping. Perhaps use an office in the USA to provide exchanges. This is terrible customer service and no matter how much I admire your clothing....I will be glad to be finally finished for good.
