TL;DR - Clean, functional and very convenient.
Stayed here on business whilst attending a conference at the nearby Estrel (about 20 minutes away on foot). The hotel is incredibly convenient for various places... it's really close to Neukölln station, which means you've got a direct S-Bahn connection to Schönefeld airport. There are also good connections to the east of Berlin there, but a short walk in the opposite direction you can join the S-Bahn or U-Bahn at Hermanstraße for other lines. Both stations are also on the Ring, which makes it easy to get pretty much anywhere in Berlin.
Hotel rooms are pretty basic but cheap, clean and modern. There's a TV (mostly German language channels, but a few international ones - mainly news though) but no tea or coffee making facilities. Also there's no free wifi in the bedrooms, but you can get free wifi in the lobby. I think it was €5 per day for wifi in your room.
There's a bar/restaurant downstairs which is open 24/7 so you can get tea, coffee, alcohol of pizza/flammkuchen which are reasonably priced. They serve a breakfast buffet for €9 too. I also took advantage of the nearby Biomarkt which has tea, coffee and cakes. read more
