Swollen eye from bites from this nasty motel
    Divya Y.

DO NOT stay at this absolutely horrid and disgusting place. Even if everything is sold out which is what happened to us. Even though we booked a non smoking all the rooms are smoking. We had switched rooms and the second was the worst so we came back to the original. Then woke up to bites all over our bodies. Eyes swollen shut. The manager claimed it happened at the field LOL. Don't waste your money! The company we booked through spoke to Jennifer the manager/owner and she refused a refund. When we were there many people complained of the smoke as well. Hopefully others didn't get bites all over their body. Jennifer refused a refund. Since everything was sold out they jacked up the price and charged almost $200 for the WORST accommodations ever.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We've been here a few years back but omg WTH happened? The room is falling apart. The entire room has only 1 electric outlet. The AC you can't even read the buttons. It looks like a bunch of drug addicts hangout here. No wonder it's the cheapest place. We can't get out of here fast enough.

Wiping the floor. That's how dirty it was.

This is seriously the WORST Motel 6 I've ever been to. My room was small, dingy and filled with old broken down furniture . Tv had a huge line running through it (see picture) the floors were filthy (see picture). When you lay in the bed you sink down because the mattresses are old and springs aren't good anymore. Sheets, pillow cases were white at one point in time but now are dingy and old. Guys hanging outside their rooms, drinking. I try not to judge people but it looked like it's a motel people go to when their released from jail. Dogs are allowed but they have no dog areas to relieve themselves, I had To take mine by the pool where they had some landscaping around the pool. I was booked for 4 nights but ended up checking out early. This is definitely a reminder of "you get what you pay for" motel. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

I went to check into my room with my 12 year old daughter after a long day of softball games. I had reserved my room through Expedia. I paid $94. When I arrived at the hotel they said they had charged my card at 6pm. What? How much? $124. The man said he could not refund the money. I asked him to call his manager because I was due back the over payment. He said he did and there was nothing he could do about it. Then he refused to give me the room key. I called Expedia and he refused to speak with them. I called the police and he then refunded my money in full. Another lady came out that had booked with Booking.con and said she was also over charged $40! They gave her back the $40 also. It's a scam!! Avoid this place!!

    Stain & more bugs

I rented a room for my wife. First off they cancelled her reservation because she arrived after 6 pm. My wife was worried that she didn't have where to stay for the weekend. Secondly the room smells like pesticides, has bugs on the wall and dirty floors. During covid this place should be shut down. Lastly they have not cleaned my wife's room in two days. According to the front desk we must request room service. My wife has been forced to clean the room herself and doesn't even have toilet paper. I contacted booking.com where I reserved the room and they contacted the property. They refuse to offer any kind of compensation for our horrible experience. I will be reporting this hotel to the health department and letting our softball organization know so they never stay at this disgusting motel.

We understand that they have 12 rooms each with their own bathroom. we really enjoyed seeing the different rooms, the sizes and the colors. They all have different names, They do have different price points and of course, depending on if it's during the week, weekend or even holidays. This place is located right downtown in the restaurant and bar area easy access to shopping eating and drinking We also found out that they have an indoor space as well as the outdoor event space. Many times walking past and we have seen plenty of people at the outdoor events. It is a really cool hotel and venue. As it turns out, they own this hotel, restaurants, and one of our favorite speakeasies down in the valley called the "White Rabbit ". I cannot wait to share this place with my out-of-town guest. I WOULD RECOMMEND

We were in Rough Riders which happens to be at the back stairwell so no other room on that side. The window faces opposite of the courtyard and not much view but that was fine for us. The AC was a little loud, but also fine for us as we like a little noise when sleeping. The bed was comfy and the 11:00 check out was great. There is not an ice maker but small bags of ice are available at the hydration station. There is no mini fridge or microwave but since it is on the row there are so many eateries within walking distance for all meal times. It was so nice and convenient that my daughter and I are heading back there soon!

After I returned home from another wonderful overnight stay at the Hassayampa last week, I discovered I left hanging clothes in our room's closet. I called the Inn and the young lady took my call (I'm sorry I can't recall her name) told me she would contact housekeeping and get back with me that day. 2 hours later I received the call back and was informed my clothes were there. This is when they went that extra step. She confirmed with me that my address on file was correct. Then she let me know they will be mailing my clothing to me, and at no charge!!!! Y'all, this is what excellent customer service and attention to detail is all about. If you are planning a trip to Prescott, please consider staying at the Hassayampa Inn. The accommodations are uniquely Southwestern in style and comfort. Well-appointed rooms, with great dining restaurant, a cozy, fun bar/lounge with wonderful music every evening. The Inn is within walking distance to Whiskey Row, the Courthouse, and lots of shops and restaurants. Staying there at Christmas is festive and magical too. Again, a big Thank You to all the staff and sending hugs too!

I've had many hotels allow for early check in if the rooms are available or for a small fee. So this policy felt inflexible. The room was very small but fine. The bathroom is tiny as well. The bed was not comfortable and quite noisy when moving. Staff didn't feel particularly friendly to me. Overall a quaint town but if i did return I would probably not choose this hotel.

Yeah, there was a loss of communication on the ability to check in after hours (their office hours end at 5 pm on weekdays and 7 pm on weekends). I ended up staying at a nearby motel, the Sierra Inn, just down the street (see my review of that place). I did return the next day and I got a refund (all but the non-refundable $25). Kaylee was especially kind in helping me get my refund. I hope I get a chance to stay there on the next trip thru Prescott. NOTE - this motel has the shortest office hours of any that I've ever stayed at, but they do have digital keys for the rooms, so you can arrive after office hours and still get in. There was a glitch on the phone number help line, that I'm sure will be rectified promptly. You park in front of your room and the parking is a little tight, so don't bring your Giant 4x4 or RV. So why did I give a motel 5 stars without having stayed there? Well, mostly because of Kaylee at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me get my money back, and if the rooms are as good as her assistance was, it's worth every star.

The Motor lodge was recommended highly to us so I decided to check it out. Wow. Above and beyond what I expected. The motor lodge is a super chic and fun motel to stay at. I say motel lightly because I didn't get a motel feel at all. Each and every room has it's own fun and cool style to it. Not one room is the same. Also, most of the rooms come with its own parking garage. (Ours didn't but we had a personalized spot literally right out front oour room). When looking for a place to stay I value a clean space above anything. This place was exactly that. The staff was wonderful. They offer late check in (after 5 pm) where they give you a code to enter your room without ever having to step inside the office to check in. They have fire pits, ice bags to keep in your freezer, your own cute little patio to have a sunset cocktail on, etc. I wanted to stay at a place where we were close to whiskey row. The motor lodge is literally a 10 minute walk to everything. Which is a wonderful option because you're off the loud and busy street of whiskey row but still close enough to where you do not need to get any ride services to get there. Just a nice little additional mention... you get 15% off an item at the Edison market right across the street from the motor lodge just for staying there. Such a cute place. Overall, we will be staying here each and every time we come to Prescott. It's perfect for a nice weekend away from the valley. Thank you motor lodge!
