Overall positive experience staying here! Clean building and room with modern updates. Convenient location next to highway & shopping center with Ikea, Target, various restaurants. Simha at the front desk is very friendly and accommodating!

The staff here is friendly and helpful. My room was clean & spacious although it had a bit of a musty smell. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows weren't great. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet my room was. This is a very decent budget motel. The hallway however needed a good vacuuming. They offer a large array of vending drinks & snacks. Free WiFi and a pool. It is a few blocks to the 405 Freeway. Very close to the 110 Freeway as well. The area offers many dining opportunities and the motel is right across the street from a large shopping mall. It is a very convenient location for many reasons.

Soiled sheets on the room .

Horrible service and they wouldn't accommodate me when I asked to change my room . Because of a stain on my blanket and was by the ice maker .

    Special check in time requested

This was one of the most humiliating and frustrating experiences I've ever had. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The staff member laughed in my face, belittled me, and denied my confirmed reservation from Booking.com for no valid reason. I had gone out of my way to make sure my special request and late check-in were approved before booking, yet I was still turned away as if my situation didn't matter. On top of that, he lost my credit card and repeatedly insisted he had returned it, making me feel like I was the one in the wrong. After arguing back and forth, he finally found it buried under paperwork, then shoved it back at me with an attitude--as if he was angry at me for his own mistake. I was already dealing with an emergency, needing a place to stay for the night after my home flooded. Instead of receiving help, I was treated with disrespect and left stranded, exhausted, and completely devastated. No one should ever have to experience this kind of treatment. His behavior was unprofessional, rude, and absolutely unacceptable. People in customer service should not be allowed to treat guests this way, especially in moments of crisis.

This is a good MOTEL 6, but, and this is a huge BUT, after my first night I re-booked my room for a 2nd night...when I entered my room, Feb 5th, 2025, about 8 PM, I discovered the bed wasn't made! I have stayed in more than 1500 rooms in a 15-year field service duration, and I never experienced this!

Gone for almost 40 minutes when they only said 15-20

One of the best Motel 6's! The location is convenient and rooms are updated. I would of given 5 stars but the TV wasn't working.

I was on the 8th floor and had a view over the pool and part of the city. There's only 8 floors here. No microwave in your room but there's a community one on each floor near the ice machine. The bathroom comes with lotion, soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I always find the shampoo to be not bad but the lotion is too thin. It's the lotion that's in all the Hiltons and all of the lotions suck. I was in a queen size room and on each side of the bed there was a night stand. The one on the left hand side (if you're facing the bed) had an outlet and lamp and phone, the other one had the alarm clock. My room had the old school / motel style AC unit. There was a thermostat on the wall but the AC unit was the one blasting when I came in. I had dinner my first night at the downstairs bar. I went with a handful of colleagues. The table ordered the Mongolian beef, Margherita Pizza (which came out a bit doughy for my colleague's liking), Field Green Salad with cherry vinaigrette (which my colleague said was pretty basic and that the salad she had earlier in the day which was the Caesar salad was big and delicious), Fish n Chips (which I had and I thought was too bready and not enough fish. It came with fries and those were decent but never enough. The slaw didn't have a lot of flavor), Chicken wings (which weren't as crispy as we typically like it). We washed all of that down with some beers and tequila. The conference room was standard as well as the fitness center. If there's not a ton of people in it (it feels full with about 4 people in it), you might get a decent workout in but nothing like what you'll get at your home gym. There's a pool as well on the 2nd floor all the way in the back. You need your key card to enter. As soon as I got off the freeway, it was right there so its a pretty nice location. There are a few bars, markets, and restaurants certainly in walking distance and a quick drive away. Parking was free!

The area felt relatively safe when I walked to get coffee in the morning and afternoon. The staff was friendly and efficient upon check in and check out. The room itself is spacious and basic. There's lots of counter space in the bathroom and on the TV table itself. I'm happy there is a mini fridge and iron with board. A microwave would've been great. My room was clean and the A/C was strong. There's several outlets conveniently located through out the room. And of course the warm cookie and bottle water was much appreciated. I would recommend this hotel.

Otherwise, there are better options all over the Southland including other Hampton Inns. My review is coming from the perspective of a Hilton Honors Lifetime Diamond member. I stay in plenty of Hampton Inns around the US and even some around the globe. I recognize that it is in the budget arm of the Hilton brand portfolio and when I stay at a Hampton Inn, I am not expecting high-end, luxury amenities, personal services, or public spaces with artwork. I am looking for a reasonable price for the area market, a safe and clean stay, and casual but professional staff interactions. The 2 features I like about this hotel are the free self-parking and the overall cost for the local market. Almost all other hotels in and around this area (within 10 miles of LAX) charge some parking fee which this property does not. Also, the room price was not dirt cheap but was among the lowest of the other area hotels of similar comfort levels. While it is hard to not like that, I came away from my first stay here with an understanding that you get what you pay for. It is in an odd location, just off of the freeway and jammed into some open ground abutting 60 mph traffic. Just be aware that it is not really sound-proofed so freeway noise is going to be present. Also, the desk staff seems to have been called up from the bush-league. Like most hotels, guaranteed check in is at 3p. I happened to arrive early at 1:30p to an empty parking lot and a quiet lobby and thought the likelihood of me getting into a room early might be high. The desk agent did not look up at me standing at his desk until I intentionally made some noise and then instead of greeting me like a guest, he asked what I wanted as if I was interrupting him. I told him my name on the reservation and asked if I might check in early. He told me no immediately without even checking if there were rooms available. I have done this enough to know that it is sometimes helpful for the front desk to check to see if there were rooms available early and so I asked if he would check and he told me he knew that there were none. When I asked if he knew if any would be available early, he told there would not be any available until 3p and that they would text me if something opened up. I left a little annoyed because I felt like I had been blown off and I started driving away to look for somewhere to grab a late lunch. I received a text 8 min later that a room was now ready. When I got back to the hotel to ask about it, he acted like he had no idea who I was as he was checking me in. I thought it was odd when I had to ask if I could have a bottle of water which is a benefit I get for being a Diamond member. He gave me one but would not have had I not asked and I never received any acknowledgement of loyalty. I never really expect that anyway but I find it nice when a hotel staff will welcome me as a guest based on that. It just shows that they spent some time paying attention to caring about their customer base. The hotel was clean but clearly old and in need of a refresh. There is a lot of chipped paint in the public spaces. In the end, I got a bed, a parking space, did not get robbed, and did not see bed bugs. But I also got zero in terms of polite and professional service, no loyalty recognition, and no warm and fuzzy endearment to want to stay here again.

Short hair like that seems to be trimmed from somewhere unsightly in my opinion) on the very pillow I was going to lay my head on!!! Genuinely disappointed, mildly disturbed, never again. The 3.7 rating or whatever ratings has by the time you view it are lying to you. You'd be better off staying somewhere else. Normally Hilton has some pretty decent places, but I'm ashamed to say this place generally felt very... meh. I'm not making this one star because the receptionist was nice about my reservation, even after having a bit of a hard time finding our reservation (someone else's reservation showed up for us somehow) and found an accessible room for my family and I (elderly individuals in my family). Very old and outdated, no valet or bellman as mentioned above. Very deceiving looks. I would say goodnight (as of the time of writing this), but I doubt I'll be getting any sleep after the "pillow hair incident" of haunting my dreams.

Lesson learned to not give the task for booking a room to my 61 year old mom but she was helping out. I appreciate her helping get the room squared away. We were wanting to find a room closer to the repast and that wasn't going to be out of the budget for only a night's stay. Welp this place was legit horrible but we stuck it out for the night since it was booked and paid for. When I first walking to the room, I noticed the dirty chairs (not pictured) with all the old stains on it. You can tell they had just finished cleaning the floor because it was still a little wet and it smelled fresh. As the night went on I started noticing different things in the room. First discover/disappointment was the table with the dip that looked like it was going to cave in and break. Then I went to put my bag (larger size tote bag) and instantly removed it because as soon as I put my bag on or fell down. There NO little soap or bar soap to wash our hands, so that's when the body soap dispenser came down trying to put the soap in our hands. About an hour is later my sister (who is still recovering 2 strokes) went to shower and almost injured herself trying to get in the tub. She got into the tub backwards so that she could reach the assistance handle on the inside of the tub. Among other things that we noticed this is a HORRIBLE place to stay. They have ice buckets in the room but no ice machine, all I seen was a machine for soda. The os a zero out of ten for me
