very low budget but i was not surprised it was what i was expecting for the price. however the area is kind of sketchy and reminds me of the bronx .!some strange people in here too. i will only be in here a few hours so it's ok but i would not stay more than one night here

If I could give this place a 0 I would.. First of all walking into this place it smelled like cigarettes. It was very musty in there as well. 2nd of all, we got our room key and went off to our room, the elevator was very sketchy. We got to our room and the door wouldn't open(even tho the light was green) almost as if someone was blocking it. We tried pushing, pulling, handle up and down. Nothing. Went to front desk and got a new room. The room was absolutely disgusting.. bathroom was so dirty, stains in the tub, pubes on the toilet seat, unsanitary. Holes in the walls. Hallways absolutely trashed. The whole place reeked like death. We left and they called me asking if we were staying and I said no because everything was absolutely disgusting. They were very rude, talked to us like we were stupid, and very unhelpful. I booked through Travelocity and they told me I need to call them for refund. The Travelocity agent was able to give us a refund for the second night. She said the hotel manager/owner said we can't get a refund for the first night because we were already in the room. The pictures on Travelocity were definitely not from this hotel. We felt very unsafe in the hotel as well with all the marks and stains on walls/doors. Definitely a very sketchy hotel, some guy who was visibly high on something and drunk ran into the elevator with us as the door was just about shut.. started talking to us and we were ignoring him and he tried to get our numbers. This hotel is definitely the WORST. Most DISGUSTING and GRIMY hotel. It should be shut down. Please spend a little more money for a better hotel!

So I booked this reservation over a month ago because my grandmother is here in a nursing home and…read moreshe is very ill and I have been staying at this hotel for a while now. This is not the only time that I have given this hotel a bad review but today put the icing on the cake. I called in twice yesterday to verify and ask if my family, and I could check-in early because we were driving a while and we were going to be arriving very early. I was told yes, that a room that I booked would be available. So I get here and the man that was at the front desk was rude and disrespectful. Telling me that there's nothing he could do. He couldn't check me in until after 3 PM and that I needed to wait when I was already acknowledged by the previous employer that I would be able to check-in. So he tells me that the other employer told him that I had called in numerous times I didn't know calling in 2 times was numerous. It's just to verify, and one time it was actually on my way here. So again, I get here and I am denied access to a room that I had booked over a month ago. The customer service was awful. The management was awful. She didn't care about what was going on. She didn't care that I was here to see my ill grandmother. And that we had driven a lot of hours to get here while my whole family myself included my husband my children were all exhausted. So all we wanted to do was sleep. So I said, ok, well, we checked into a different hotel, and that hotel welcomed us with open arms and was actually very apologetic for what this hotel had done to us. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. The food is disgusting. The hallway and the lobbies are never clean. The employees are rude all the way around like again. This is like my fourth time having an issue with this hotel and the employees, so I recommend nobody stay at this hotel unless you want ignorance and lack of communication.

Overall 3/10. This hotel is basically a quick truck stop…read moremotel. Conveniently right off the freeway, but not in the best shape. Front desk is covered with plexiglass from 2019, hallways are dark and small, with poorly laid carpet. The rooms are awkwardly shaped, small, paper thin walls, and decorated with mismatched furniture. Almost as if they found them and placed them in the room. Carpet is covered with stains along with the chairs and couch that is also torn in multiple places. Smells of smoke are everywhere. Small outdated TVs, mini fridge and microwave that barely work, and an old creaky bed. On a good note, the front desk lady is really nice. Long story short. This hotel is best for a one night stay if needed.

Okay okay..so I may have spoken a little too soon (SN: While making my previous review I had 2…read morepleasant stays in the same exact room but this current review is based off my next 3 stays) 3rd Stay: Upon entering the room my boyfriend and I discovered we had no fridge, no microwave and our beds were super low to the ground. We had gotten there around 3:30 and decided to ask if we could switch rooms. The man was polite but informed us that there were no rooms available. Okay fine, so we asked if we could switch perhaps later on once the other rooms were finished being cleaned. Again we were told that there was nothing he could do. I was slightly annoyed but we went on with our day having to heat up our food in the lobby microwave and grabbing a bucket of ice to keep our beverages cold. Okay, fine...worse things have happened. 4th Stay: It was a Friday afternoon and I had decided to call at 2 PM to book a room. No one answered my calls so I had decided to just give up. I called again at 5 PM and lucky lucky due to someone canceling I was able to book a room. Everything was smooth sailing until I was quoted "$160". Mind you..the most I had ever paid was $120. When I questioned the price I was told that the prices do not stay the same. I paid the $160 and when I got to the room the picture on the TV was going in and out and when we requested maintenance we were told there was no one on site. 5th Stay: this was the most recent stay. It wasn't bad but again the picture on the TV was going in and out and I had accidentally booked an accessible room and once again when asked if we could move we were told they were all out. I'm finding out that is it a little wishy-washy...especially depending on which clerk is assisting you at the front desk

What a dump... Me:…read more Business traveler with 100 plus(yes that reads 100) nights a year. This place was by far the worst for 2017 and probably 2016 too. While the FB page shows remodeled rooms, my room 236 looked nothing like that. Upon entering couldn't get the lights to turn on. When I finally got them on I discovered my room had 4 lamps but only 2 were plugged in, there was no outlets for the other two. That included the one on the bed nightstand. Guess spending $5 on an extension cord was asking too much. The a/c is an Emerson(thats OLD) window unit(see photo) that took a long time to cool down the room. Wifi is non existing the connection was beyond slow and never connected. The bathroom(see photo) is beyond small one lightbulb was burned out. Glad I am short and skinny. After my bathroom adventure, the shower works fine, I went down for breakfast at 6.30AM. The coffee thermos in the lobby was empty and then taken away by the night clerk(see photo) and never replaced. The breakfast area was dark. The only sign there said closed at 10pm. As all I wanted was a bowl for my self brought breakfast items I entered. Thats when the night clerk who claimed to be the owner had a fit screaming at me and one other guy that the area doesn't open til 7AM and no one tells him any different. So we waited til 7AM so much for an early work start. When the area opened at 7AM there was no hot water for tea, no decaf coffee or sugar. It did have regular coffee but not very hot. The attendant maybe spoke and understood 5 words of english. By the time I got to check out the night clerk/owner? had left so thank God didn't have to deal with him again. My advise stay anywhere else but here...

I got the vibe that this also served as apartments for many people. The breakfast was toast, fruit and barely chilled yogurts. Juices and cereal was also available. There's also a path behind the Super8 that leads straight to Walmart and a gas station for any good needs. Everyone I spoke to was very cool and gave info for things to do.

We had already utilized all the facilities, made coffee, brushed our teeth, etc... I was horrified. When I went to the front desk in the morning they told me that filtered water was available and pointed to a machine next to the desk. I asked why I wasn't told of the muddy water BEFORE I rented my room or perhaps before I used the water in my room and I was told that the local fire hydrants had been flushed. Not the answer I was looking for. I knew it wasn't the Ritz when I booked the room but this was completely unacceptable. Plus, the coffee dispenser in the lobby was not working, or should I say it just put out muddy water. I would not EVER stay there again. Look ANYWHERE else.
