My daughter and her friend got caught in really bad weather driving from Fayetteville back home to…read morethe Fort Worth area, so she decided to stop for the night. They went in to this motel, paid for the room, and as they approached the door to their room, the door frame looked broken, as if the door had been broken into in the past. They got very scared and intuition told them to leave. They went back to the front desk and said they weren't comfortable staying there, could they just get a refund, she told them no refunds. I called the next day and was told they had to have the room cleaned because the girls went in and messed it up. They only opened the door and then licked it back, went right back to speak to her, they didn't touch one thing in the room. This is a sketchy place at best, that doesn't care about customer satisfaction! I would never consider this place for future stays. I'm sending this 4 months after it happened because I was dealing with the bank to try and stop payment for a while, but in the end had to pay for the room! I just drove thru Atoka on my way back home, and remembered I needed to let others know about our horrible experience here. I tried calling their headquarters, but never could speak with anyone, just beware of this property!
