They gave me a bottle of water and a bag of chips as refreshments. I was trying to make it quick because I had some errands and they satisfied that! I don't know how they explained where everything in the hotel is, answered my questions, complimented me, and gave me my keycard all within 5 minutes max. There was an elevator man who was also very nice and we had a little chat on the way up. When I reached my floor, it had an insane view. I didn't pay extra for it or anything, so I was surprised. When I walked into my room, it was like my own room but 10x better. The sheets were neatly folded, tucked in (not too much), and clean. The TV and remote set was more modern, maybe 2022 so I was impressed with that too. I also asked for a one queen size bed room, but the staff were so kind to bump me up to a two bed king size suite. I am not sure if that is possible, but that is what they said! Anyways, the room was perfect, the food was pretty decent, and overall, it was a great hotel! Also, shout out to Patrick, Alicia, Mac, and Stefanie for making this experience great! I would and am planning to come here again next time I come!

Dale coordinated the flow of our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception...and it was seamless. The music he played was absolutely on point with everything that we wanted. Everyone was on the dance floor the entire night having the best time. You know the party is a good time when everyone is chanting 'one more song' at the end of the reception. So many people told me how great the DJ was. Dale and Brian were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Please, if you have to use them, at least ask for Melissa, as she seems to be the only rep who answers the phone and (unfortunately) couldn't be my rep because I'd spoken with someone else on my first phone call. I know Charlee was going through a divorce and maybe that's why he was not very "present" for my daughter's wedding. He was very laxed in his communication and most of the conversations were about him. My daughter spent so much time creating a play list which he did not follow and never played more than half the songs on the list. He did not announce things that were supposed to be announced and had to be reminded several times to do so. He was also drinking during the reception. He lost the father of the bride song an it was very awkward waiting for him to find it while my husband and daughter just stood on the empty dance floor. He was suppose to only play 1:30 for the father of the bride dance the mother and groom dance and the mother and bride dance and he played the entire song for each one. He never announced last call at the bar and he had no idea that he was supposed to stop Playing music at 10:45. We had to go to him and tell him. For what we paid for this service I am so disappointed and will not be recommending him to anyone. I hope the next wedding he dj's he is more present.
