Poorly managed, quality, punctuality, responsiveness - yes we had it all. We're in the process of finding all the irrigation issues and fixing them. Very poor install. We had 6" of grass over the asphalt road - I had to cut it myself to stop the flow of dirt down the street. This was a full install from irrigation to final planting, 2 or 3 guys on site to do it, a couple of times they had more, but the day to day was the same 2 or 3 guys. Look elsewhere - the headaches aren't worth it, nor is their price.

They didn't use any edging on our beds so now sod is growing into them. They didn't fill several holes correctly so now our sod has ruts and pits in it. They sold us a sump pump and installation that didn't function as promised. Precision Landscaping is an unresponsive train wreck. Don't waste your money with them. Oh, by the way, it took us 3 months to correct just the sod and sump pump. Pick ANYONE but Precision!
