Recently my agent retired but apparently sod her agency to someone else. Got in a major accident and needed help immediately. NO HELP WHATSOEVER. Several issues but basically she had just started and I could see after dealing with their office for 2 days realized i "got to go". Merely made a phone call to SF. I requested to change to Al Clark. It was done and guess what ? Today got a very courteous letter giving me my claim number and offering to help me with whatever I needed. What a difference.
