The small perfume counter too is good as I would have expected this in a much bigger store. The are happy to give out samples when they have them which are a nicer way to try a perfume to decide whether you like it or not.

There are often special offers on. This store is always well staffed and you never have to work long to get served. But this means their waiting time is usually a lot less than the chemist across the road near the Kenilworth avanue junction. The pharmacist has good knowledge on common conditions like coeliac, diabetes, pain relief etc,. I now use this chemist routinely and have no issues in recommending them.

It stocks the essentials shampoo, nappies, sponges etc. There can be a bit of a queue as there are not many tills in this store but they try to get as many staff on the tills if it gets busy. They have some toys and gifts in at the moment but as its not large you might be best to check if it is something specific your going for. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly really recommend it for the staff alone.

Near the prescriptions section there are free information leaflets available on a variety of topics. Also in larger stores there are in-house opticians with some glasses available very quickly. On several occasions I have returned from a shopping trip in Glasgow unable to get what I was looking for, only to find it in this store and often cheaper.
