They also have a bird cleaning station for cold days and a freezer to store your birds frozen while you hunt for a week. Jerry is a fantastic host that stays in touch with you about your arrival and departure dates, but you should book early because this place fills up! It's hoppin'! There is WIFI so even though you feel like you're in the woods you can check email, and the TV stations are plentiful so you can catch Sunday night or monday night football. Fresh towels every morning, just make sure to wash your own dishes!

Now believe me, I look forward to the next time I have the opportunity to ring the bell at the Guest House front desk and sign on the dotted line. The issue is that I have stayed in a LOT of hotels, and the Guest House is not the Ritz-Carlton, nor anything like it. So, three stars = A-OK. So if you need to stay overnight in Carter County, call the Guest House right away. You won't find better for miles.

As soon as we arrived we almost all 3 stepped in dog feeces, having to dodge the land mines just to get to the front door. Then we were told that our rooms were not ready yet so just bring all of our gear in and leave it in the hallway, after doin so we were told by Mark(the owner) to just move it all outside and leave it there until we could get into our rooms. We were given 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth and told that they were the only ones that were available and to please re-use them for our entire 4 day stay. The place smelled like wet dogs! We had to share 1 bathroom with 2 showers with 10 other hunters. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

The owner devotes more time and effort to her guests than other B&Bs. If you can afford it, get the Italian Suite, it is huge!
