This is EXTREMELY predatory and exploitive to the point I don't know how this can even be considered legal, and clearly meant to take advantage of unsuspecting home owners. Stay far away and double/triple check any mail you receive trying to use scare tactics who are not forthcoming with their business information, it's a scam.
