They sent escrow payment to the wrong home insurance company even after sending them all the information and for what ever reason never bothered double checking to make sure everything was correct. They apologized for the error but I had to make the phone calls to the insurance companies to resolve the mix up since I'm the insured which took most of my morning. Something that could have been avoided if they had looked at my email indicating the insurance company information. When it came to closing they had us going to different title companies. The first one we rushed to told us they didn't have the time available at all and that they informed Geo mortgage of course they didn't tell us until we got to the title company. We have worked with different mortgage companies but this is the first time we dealt with with unprofessional staff and so very disorganized it seemed like they didn't know what they were doing.
