I asked about a rush order and they wanted to charge me $90 to replace my cards. I asked about waiving the fee and they refused. This is absolutely terrible customer service. I will be taking my business somewhere else where the bank actually cares about their customers. Bank of Idaho is brand new in Boise and I will be letting everyone I know to steer clear.
