She has worked with us to get the best interest rates/points etc. that ICCU has to offer, and we came back even when the rates were fairly high. Their rates are competitive with most banks/institutions (we won't mention the not totally dependable banks) Assistance is quick, response is good, and we are/were very satisfied with what we currently have in our mortgages.

We also opened a "high interest" savings account where we deposit our mortgage payments, and ICCU withdraws at the right time. As for this branch, which was near our home, we don't use it much (so much is electronic these days), but when we do go here, everyone is friendly, courteous, and extremely willing to help. We've mostly used them when we needed cash for some reason, or for Notary services. We've adopted them as our "home branch".

But I much prefer Wells Fargo's friendly greetings and offers of suckers!

I will be taking my business somewhere else where the bank actually cares about their customers. Bank of Idaho is brand new in Boise and I will be letting everyone I know to steer clear.
