I can not believe what a blessing it was to work with Christopher Veracka of United Faith Mortgage…read moreand his team! Christopher was most patient and most kind with us while we were going through the process of refinancing our home and consolidating our loans. I have never used a company before that made the process as easy as Christopher did.  There was no stress. Since we were in a different state, they even sent a notary to our home to finalize the process, which was amazing! Not only was the process a breeze, United Faith Mortgage is a Christian based company and it came through in every aspect of the loan process from start to finish. I heard them advertise on the Christian station I listen to, Way-FM, but you never know for sure if it's just for advertising or if it's the company philosophy.  In this case it's not just what they advertise, it's what they do! I enjoyed my experience so much that I told my sister that she may want to consider refinancing her home and consolidating any debt with Christopher Veracka and United Faith Mortgage as well. It will be a choice you won't regret!

Larry - VP Thank…read moreyou for your response. Unfortunately, your letter does not address the substance of my complaint. Instead, it appears to be an attempt to deflect responsibility for the actions and omissions of Reliance staff. Simply stating that the invoice was ultimately paid through my escrow account does not explain how the lapse occurred or address the concerns I raised regarding the handling of my insurance information during the servicing transfer. I continue to dispute Reliance's version of events and request a factual response supported by documentation rather than conclusions that place sole responsibility on me. THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE IS GIVING RACISM AND GASLIGHTING! Top Teir!

It's impossible to accurately describe how impressive my experience with Reliant Home Funding was,…read morebut I'll try. My file was a MESS and I was in no way prepared to get a mortgage, having been recently widowed at a young age, with one income and a co-signer. Circumstances outside of my control were such that I had to get a mortgage with no pre-planning in an insane housing market. My first interaction with RHF was over a holiday weekend to clear the first hurdle, obtaining a pre-approval for a hostile seller. Miraculously and despite all these challenges, Brian secured it for me before the deadline over a long holiday weekend. (I think the deadline was intentionally set because it was seemingly impossible.) I mentioned a hostile seller (a family member), and the situation was contentious throughout. The seller created several roadblocks throughout the process, the sort intended to make a lender discontinue working with you. They didn't let it affect my file, even though it made their job quite a bit harder. Brian and Chris never gave up on my file, constantly kept me in the loop, and brought me up to speed in the places where I didn't quite understand the process. RHF also has an app (RHF Go) so you can quickly sign and upload documents from any device. Hugely convenient. My file had so many complicated elements (two-family house, non-cooperative seller, first-time unprepared buyer, etc.) but RHF handled everything so seamlessly. Another really important thing is that despite my challenges and situation, they never made me feel like a nuisance. Brian and Chris would always reassure me that they'd get it done and they kept every promise, again miraculously getting us to closing before Christmas on a file that looked like it would persist forever. One reason I included all this detail is that in spite of every conceivable hurdle and obstruction, they quickly handled every issue and closed the deal. I truly believe that other lenders would have been put off by the seller's delays and I wouldn't own my (waterfront) dream house today. If RHF can do that for a file like mine, imagine how excellent their service is for people who come to the table ready to buy a home. They're fast, thorough, detailed, responsive, and empathetic. Fantastic experience, fantastic outcome.

Week 3 into the mortgage process our loan officer Dmitry Kievsky became the most in ept person to ever deal with..They asked for the same paperwork 6 times..and not just one document every document had to be resent 5,6,7 times...I actually started sending the emails with timestamps of the previous email.. They were suppose to request wage transcripts from the IRS well a week before closing they asked us to pull the IRS wage transcript because they dropped the ball and wouldn't have them in time for closing. We walked…read moreinto the process knowing absolutely nothing about what we were doing, it was a time sensitive transaction and we were dead set on this particular home. Firstly, Jon is the kind of person and professional you can feel very comfortable trusting. Simply put, he's a good person and a family man that cares more about you getting the outcome you want than his financial benefit. I think we can agree they just don't really make them like that anymore. You cannot underestimate how critical trust is in this process, one of the most important transactions you'll ever engage in in your life. He is extremely knowledgeable, genuine, and thoughtful and his team follows suit. Here are a few facts for you to consider while making your choice: - Jon and his team routinely went out of their way for us from start to finish. - Without them we wouldn't have won our dream home (in a highly competitive market) and wouldn't be moving into it as we speak. - We will never use anyone other than Jon and his team for any future home purchases, primary or investment. If anyone wants me to walk them through extensive detail on why Jon and his team are the absolute best I am happy to get on the phone and explain it to you.
