They allegedly blame the tenants to move the stuff to garage from there the Wilson Heal allegedly disposed it (as originally instructed to sell the garage contents) They never returned the money or took responsibility of their lack of care. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. I am going to take them to the court soon but don't get your house let by them. They don't care about your house and only wants their commission! I had to remove my house from their pathetic service and will use Robson who are more professional!

As a tenant of a landlord managed property organised through Hotblack Desiato I found their…read moreservices to as expected. They did what they needed to do. Needless to say, they're billing department wasn't quite up-to-speed and wanted to bill me for months and months of rent when they should have known it was being paid to the landlord direct. A simple admin error I suppose. That being said they hit you with the usual admin setup fees and reference charges to welcome you in as a valued customer signing up to a 12 month contract; to be expected I suppose, after which I didn't hear nigh on a squeak from them until renewal time. Neither good nor bad, just are.
