Tim and I want to thank you for your prompt response to our repair needs. You are the BEST and we are so thankful to have you onboard now for our property manager! It was so hard to get things repaired before, but since you've been on board, things are finally getting done here. Not just getting done, but in a timely manner too, and the "right" way the "first" time, not having to have someone come back again for the "same" problem! Repairmen arrive when said, not an hour later or hour earlier. Dependable! We finally feel appreciated and are grateful to you both! Thank you to (name of our landlord) for finding Wanda and her company. If we ever hear of anyone looking for a property manager, we know where to send them.

Beware of this company, BEWARE OF OWN IT DETROIT MUTUAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! They are NOT…read moreregistered as a legit company at all with the BBB. They'll steal your money when "applying" for the rentals, have you schedule to see the house and all, then tell you the house you're inquiring about isn't available anymore. The guy "Hassan" looks nothing like the picture, he did NOT greet me, never shook my hand; nothing. Very shady. Very scammy. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Do NOT go through this "management" company!

I had dropped off my taxes later in the season than I had wanted, so they said they would file an extension. Great! I wasn't in a hurry. I called to ask for an update a few days after tax day. Just an update to make sure things didn't get lost. I wasn't not in a hurry but I do like to make sure I'm still on the books. Office staff again was accommodating and pleasant and said she would talk with Tom and leave him a note. Sounded good to me! I get a call from Tom a few minutes later and he's short with me, asking me questions, cutting me off, and is downright rude. I'm not in the habit of letting anyone talk down to me, especially when I provided all the paperwork necessary, along with an extensive excel sheet with totals clearly labeled. He wanted me to access the same spreadsheet and read him all the same information he was holding in his hands. It seems like his first reaction is to get frustrated and angry, which doesn't make sense to display to a paying customer. Our second phone call resulted in swearing. Look, when you're in a professional setting and you don't know the person on the other end of the phone, professionalism should be the default. Not only this but he called my job a hobby. He can take his opinions and shove them because I will not be returning. He seems to have a patience issue that he needs to work on. Therapy can be very helpful for this.
