They helped me through the, at times, difficult process of selling my elderly mother's home while I was located in another state. They were honest and forthcoming about the improvements needed on her house which is what you need from a realtor and then they went above and beyond to help me navigate the challenges of multiple contractors, local codes, etc. I am confident that their expertise in getting the home ready to list is the reason we were able to secure a sale so quickly (1 week!). They both had our best interests in mind and really took care of us during the process. I feel so lucky to have found Derek and Mary and definitely recommend them. I hired Mandy to do the short sale and I could not be happier with the outcome. She worked very hard on my behalf and assisted me with all the paperwork that most realtors would have thrown in my lap and said "fill these out". She also tirelessly negotiated with the other players involved to get the prices where they needed to be to get the sale done so I could be free to move on and someone else could enjoy my home. The first, my mother-in-law's Elk River townhome, was listed by The Bandimere Team and sold almost immediately for slightly more than asking price. The second, my father's Woodbury townhome, required some additional maintenance prior to sale, which Rick took care of with no complaint. Again, The Bandimere Team listed and sold the townhome almost immediately and, again, for slightly more than we'd asked. Having been several years since any involvement with real estate transactions, throughout BOTH interactions with The Bandimere Team, my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the consummate support and professionalism displayed by Rick and his entire team throughout the entire process. So, in summary, TWO listings, TWO sales, BOTH for more than we'd asked. Who could ask for anything more? It is for the reasons above that I would HIGHLY recommend The Bandimere Team if you're thinking of buying OR selling!

Experienced, efficient, and savvy, Becky and her team priced, listed, and sold my home in ONE WEEK flat. What more could you possibly ask for in an agent? As an investor, after inquiring in the area for the absolute best of the best in real estate, I was continually referred to Becky, so I finally decided to give her a call. Becky came in and knew exactly what would work in the market from prep, to staging, to photography. The listing looked so good, I almost didn't want to sell my home!
