Michelle Morrone is unprofessional, arrogant, dismissive, and lacks the integrity that the law profession demands. The facts are as follow: She returned emails in 6 to 8 weeks, addressed me as her DECEASED client and when pointed out to her... never offered an apology! She sent a 73 page accounting, which is debatable as my accountant said it was FAR from an accounting as it was littered with misspellings, duplicate entries, and out of sequence. The work was a disgrace. Went to the office to retrieve items and she wasn't in the office nor did she communicate to the staff where items were kept. She set her office employees up for an embarrassing encounter and she proved she had no regard for the staff which had to bare the brunt of her thoughtlessness. This is NOT the firm to retain if It is your goal to have communication in a timely manner or be treated with respect and dignity no matter how great or small your estate is ... Quite honestly, John Morrone has forgotten more than some Attorneys know about Real Estate and Family Law. No respect for the living or the deceased. Our family made the mistake of hiring Michelle to complete my mother's will. She was rude, non-responsive, and disrespectful. Apparently, Michelle is almost never in the office. She also chooses not to respond to phone calls or emails. Her word is meaningless. She stated when she would complete the task and was off (late) by 8 months with no explanation or apology other than "she would get to it." She was, however, very timely in collecting her fee. I reached out to John seeking his assistance on his partner's (and family member's) poor service. Not responding must be a firm trait. No response from John. Michelle and John Morrone need to have their own office because no respectable firm will tolerate their lack of professionalism. read more

Using John Morrone for my real estate purchase and sale was a big mistake. His office was last minute with obtaining information and getting my signature. If you use him you will speak solely with his secretary and you may never speak directly to an actual attorney up until the day of closing. There were many major hiccups with the two transactions he was tasked with that points to his office taking on more work volume than they can handle. Some examples: - The buyers were only to acquire my condo; however John managed to deed over my parking spot WITHOUT PERMISSION. The parking spot was never to be transferred. It has been weeks since closing and John has not managed to get the parking spot back in my name. - Mine and my wife's name is MISSPELLED ON THE DEED. Since closing I have not received a revised recorded deed. Such a simple error should not have been committed by a practicing attorney. - He nearly sold my home AT A LOWER PURCHASE PRICE THAN AGREED ON. The sale price was $4k off the mark from the agreed upon price. I looked over the documents and had to explain to his office why his numbers were wrong. Unless you want post-transaction headaches, high attorneys fees, and poor communication throughout the process, AVOID John Morrone's office at all costs! read more

Don't waste your time run ftom this attorney. he tells you he will take care of it and doesn't call back or return emails. Will straight out avoid your calls. I was on a deadline with a estate as executor and he doesnt care doesn't get in contact with other lawyer nothing literally leaves you hanging. I read the reviews on there and I am amazed. My brother has used this company to help sort out final wishes after our mother after she passed. I have been asking for the final documents for month now and got no response from anyone. Somehow they were able to sell my share of estate without my signature or my confirmation. Absolutely horrible. I paid a lot of money to this firm to help me deal with my mother's estate. I advised Michelle from the very beginning that it was going to be challenging because of the nature of the problems. On numerous occasions Michelle said why don't you just forget about the money and just walk away. Maybe Michelle has money, but to hire an attorney and be promised that she would stand up for me and help me and all she did was sit on the sidelines not answering my phone calls and allowing me to be bullied and brutalized by my estranged uncle who was the attorney for my estranged brother. Michelle never answers and never helps. She does not return calls and she will not contact you before court. You will need to do a lot on your own. I am sure she may be good for small matters, but if you have any sort of an issue with an estate or probate, do not go to this firm. Find another attorney. I hired Michelle to help defend me and settle my mother's messed up no will estate and Michelle just made it a bigger mess and I had to hire another attorney, costing me even more money. please do not waste your time. read more

I just received a summons. They filed to sue me the completely wrong business because of absolute sloppy work. Upon calling to notify them of my their mistake was blocked by a rude secretary who had no interest in helping or connecting me to a person to rectify situation. Called back 2 Nd time trying to get a email since not returning a call they did not answer at all. So Called 3rd time used another phone number and got thru obviously secretary screens calls asked for a email address to send a email and she did not want to provide any at first had to argue a bit to get one. Completely unacceptable behavior for a legitimate law firm. My business is in a different city than where person who is filing had problem and has business name spelled differently. If they paid any attention to what they were doing they would see that they were suing wrong company. They have a lease they included with filing against me on it has the address of that business to look up correct owner. I found correct owners name on a simple google search of property tax records for property address then verified owner and contact information using social media and sent it to them. Very sloppy work by this law firm . Frustrating they didn't take my calls or return my emails. When I make a big mistake I immediately fix and apologize. Not this law firm!!!After reading other reviews about their work quality and professionalism I see why this happened. Hopefully I can get this fixed without having to pay my lawyer to fix their mistake. Beware ! read more
