For my latest reservation the operator asked for the flight info of my client on the return and was there to pick him up after he'd arrived! I like this because no other cab company I've used before has volunteered to do this, otherwise I would not have known. I'm glad they are so accomodating and its nice in the age of Lyft and Uber because cab drivers still have a place for my clients who aren't savvy enough use a smartphone and will wait for them after coming off of a flight. Would recommend as they often have deals in the local paper advertisements for the Morris-Essex area, decent prices and good service.

I did so, but only got a voice mail. I called back, and was given another cab company's name and was told to google it. I do not have smart phone and asked for a phone number. While I waited, I got cut off. I gave up and waited for another hour to be picked up by my husband, who was having medical tests (which was why I needed a cab in the first place). It is amazing to me that Enslin's had no other cab they could have sent and basically washed their hands of the whole situation. I will never consider Enslin's again.
