She seemed to genuinely care, which is great. Due to the layout, it reminds me a lot of the Oldham Huddersfield Road Extra branch closer to home, you enter the store through an Underground style sheltered car-park and then go up a travelator (very steep) to the main store. The store is pretty large and the selection is good in general, they have a coffee machine inside the main store which is helpful. I did find the alcohol selection a little confusing as they did seem to split the sections across certain aisles, meaning if it wasn't for me passing by chance, I'd have thought they were out of certain pre-mix cans, but I did manage to pick up my JD and no sugar cola for the Avanti train journey back to Manchester. The selection was good for the store of its' size but I was disappointed in certain areas, notably the selection of coffee capsules. They had some good facilities in the store including a Vision Express opticians. The scan as you shop scanners are handy which you can obtain at the front of the store, the tablet where you can key in your Clubcard number was so slow, it seemed to stick after every number and I noticed another customer having similar issues too. 4* - A large Tesco branch with a mostly very good product range and pretty nice staff too.

I just wanted to tell you about Russel in the car park, he was professional, in his job, he stopped what he was doing, made sure I got in my car, and took the scooter back into store for me, please share this post with him, he was polite and very well spoken, nothing was too much trouble for him, I would just like to say thank you xx.

The staff are more than happy to help you find things, and the customer service desk is excellent, ive nevr had a problem exhanging/returning things. The car park has had extra childrens spaces added to it which is brilliant for those with kids as it was a nightmare before! There is also multi story parking, so you are never stuck for a space. Right next to winsford town so everything you need in one place.

They have moved things about which makes a shopping trip longer as it is harder to find the items you need. Some items are currently out of stock or they are 'reviewing a new product' as I was told the other day, which means you have to go elsewhere for the product you were after. However with this said I still find Asda the best place to do my weekly shop. The cost of the shop outways the disruption. Also I am always very impressed with the clothing department, especially the baby clothes - good quality and affordable prices.

This one does have 2 levels, and you can take the lift (elevator) or the escaltors escalators. The escalator going down wasn't working the times I've been, but just walk down anyway. They have cashiers for check out as well as self check-out lanes. Prices here are awesome! I'm a huge fan of their bakery bread and the snacks. Their sparkling water game is pretty strong, too. Don't be shocked if I check in here again, lol!

If you're around Liverpool, Tesco's of all versions are dotted around places: metro, local, express, superstore. If there are any more, you'll have to let me know! The Liverpool One branch of Superstore is not actually the most super I have come across in Liverpool as there is one in Litherland which is gargantuan in comparison. However, Liverpool One Tesco is certainly what the town needs. You still have plenty of choice here, a variety of sections such as deli, clothes and international foods to keep you adding more to your basket! I find this place more of a relaxing and enjoyable shopping experience as opposed to the Metro version by the big screen, because its more spacious and offers an abundance of products. The location isn't great if you're driving there as it'll cost you pounds to park somewhere nearby but certainly convenient when you have other chores to do around town.

The cafe has been relocated to the new upper floor but is woefully short of toilets, a whole two and they're both intended for the diasbled however a wheelchair user would need to run the gauntlet of the tray carrying cafe customers and the closely placed tables in order to use them. To say the layout wasn't very well thought out is a bit of an understatement. Unfortunately the store also has a thriving home delivery service which has expanded into the carpark. Shoppers use the free parking spaces at Tesco to visit the newly built Eagles Meadow Shopping Mall which is opposite the store making parking in what was already a small carpark almost impossible on a saturday. At peak times you'll be queuing to get in and queing to get out.

One of the main one reasons? This place is AWESOME!! There's literally a library of spices to buy (at BARGAIN prices) and experiment at home with. Any foodie/charlie out there who's sick of the monotonous nature of the shopping experience, will find this to be their culinary/chocolate factory. True, London probably bigger volume of such establishments, but they probably cant beat us for sheer quality. With the UK 'hungry gap' upon us, I bagged a box of lychees plus sundry Desi vegetable and fresh herbs. Freshness of the produce was very good, although a bit of banter with a Desi customer revealed that he was passing up on the tinda as being too big - although this is no doubt an out-of-season issue. For the mobile cosmopolitan foodie such as myself, the aim is to know where all the ethnic food stores are so that ethnic food shopping can be done with a minimum of detour from other city business and pleasure. Although there is nothing really oustanding about Madina Superstore to make you travel beyond your nearest Desi superstore, it is nice to have a proper Desi supermarket in Levenshulme to save Levy locals a trip up Stockport Road to Longsight. And visitors such as myself can combine a visit to Madina Superstore with a trip to the monthly Levy Market, or else the permanent Trove café bakery or POD deli.

This is newly refurbished and is now much better. There are loads of clothes and homewhere…read moreupstairs. They seam to have a large sale rack of clothes at the moment every time i go in. The homewear section has a large electrical department. There is also quite a lot of toys. There is a nice cafe which is very well priced. The downstairs still seems a bit cramped but I think this is because it is always so busy! Parking not bad, but can get busy at festive times due to general shoppers shopping in the other shops.
