It is meticulous, efficient and tidy, creating a superb outcome with a team that works like a well oiled machine. The site was left just as they had found it that morning, with the exception of a beautiful new roof! Thank you True Perfomance for your EXCELLENCE! I would highly recommend this company.

Submersible pump installed along with other work - less than a week later, we arrived to find the pump detached and our furnace room flooded and new sod ruined. My husband had to fix it himself and the plumber showed up after lunch the next day. Hoses under the cottage were all sagging in the middle so there was no way they would drain properly. Plumber had to come back to fix the hoses and they told us they did that for minimal cost, when it should have been done correctly in the first place. We had another plumber drain the system because their cost to drain was outrageous - 4x as expensive. Company accused me of being antagonistic when I called to complain and told me I was no longer their customer. Would never recommend this business - very disappointed.
