Dont get a construction loan or mortgage with Morris. Underwriters are ridiculous, asks for so many things that didn't make sense and mortgage lenders ask for the same stuff that was already sent to them. After closing on our mortgage, which was a nightmare in itself, I got an email saying one of my paystubs didn't have year to date on it....when it did. Do NOT recommend at all. read more
