When we moved to Florida we ordered the same kitchen from them and they sent their best installer who finished it beautifully. We only had one problem with the kick board which was replaced immediately. Their was much back and forth by email between myself and the designer Mimi and the resulting plan was just what I needed. The first kitchen which I needed for Thanksgiving ran into a snag with a hurricane which knocked out the power for a week. The installer completed the job with hand tools working only with natural daylight. My sister also had her kitchen done and is very happy with it.

I contacted Reeds Landscaping via their website contact form about installing a fence in our backyard. Within an hour Chris responded back to schedule an appointment. Once an appointment was scheduled, Chris contacted me via text message to confirm (I prefer text as it's so much easier to communicate). Chris arrived on time for the appointment, took his measurements, and was on his way. Chris emailed me the same day with fence material options he used on past projects along with other materials. Chris provided a quote the following day and I have to say he gave a reasonable price which made me happy. Within a few days of receiving the quote and paying for 50% of the project, Chris ordered the materials and kept me updated via text to let me know when the delivery was expected. The morning of the delivery Chris informed me with ample timing of the delivery time slot. The very next day (weather permitting) Chris was able to bring his crew and they worked on installing my fence. Within a few hours I had a brand new privacy fence. The initial consultation to project completion took approximately 1.5 weeks. I highly recommend Reed's Landscaping in Norwalk, CT as they were very professional, prompt and did an awesome job!

When I ran Google search to confirm the contact info, I saw the one and only Yelp review as a top result and was a surprised at the negative nature and one star rating. This is unfortunate for two reasons. Number one my experience was entirely the opposite and apparently many others as well hold the same opinion, if you check the reviews on homeadvisor.com. Number two when I checked the other reviews from this yelp user, they were all extremely negative. Not a single positive review. Take it for what it's worth, but I will add my review here from 2017: "As others have said, Vincent and his wife Grecia do outstanding work, communicate better than any other contractor I've ever hired, and most importantly to me they are quality people. The price was fair and reasonable; they were flexible and super trustworthy. I actually enjoyed having them at my home believe it or not. We needed to tear up an old concrete driveway (~50x12) and replace it. Initially we thought we were going to go with asphalt because of the lower cost, but when we discussed the pros and cons with Vincent and compared his quote to those from other companies, we realized AA Outdoor could do a high quality concrete driveway at a price that was comparable to asphalt. Concrete will also save us maintenance and expense over asphalt too, and that decision was made in part because of the excellent communication and feedback from Vincent when we first started discussing the project. Vincent is very knowledgable and has decades of quality experience; I asked a ton of questions and he answered them all - I actually learned a lot from him. I recommend Vincent and Grecia (AA Outdoor Services) highly without a doubt!

I kept asking about the quality of the material and was told the material is great. Driveway and berm were installed a year ago. Now I am having all kinds of problems with the work. The driveway is wavy and is not consistent throughout. Edges are jagged and pieces are missing There was a small crack at the end of the driveway. The asphalt near the road is all gray and pieces of asphalt gone. The berm is pitted and has cracks in it. I had a problem where a truck caused damage to the berm, I called and asked for help and no one called me. Now I have texted them pictures and my concerns about just how long this driveway will last. I have only put a dent in the loan I took out to pay for all of this. I am now getting stonewalled again, there was no guarantee of the work. Honestly, because I am a senior citizen woman I feel I was taken advantage of.

Bob was on time for the initial consult, quickly turned a quote around and started the work promptly after convincing my skeptical husband that he can make a significant difference with the comfort level of our drafty 1927 home (with 2010 renovation job that included inefficient insulation). Bob was accessible by phone throughout the project - and he was regularly onsite to manage his staff. Bob's team was trustworthy and conscientious of their work as well as sensitive to my schedule - critical since I work in a home office and have 2 kids under 7 who were sporadically under foot. I was pleased with the thoroughness of the work and that it was clear that his team paid attention to detail with their work. I am MOST pleased with the outcome of the work. The work was completed just before Spring this year so I only had a few weeks of cold to appreciate the difference in temperature. We experienced a few particularly cold and windy days - normally the house would have had a cold breeze, now we can hear the wind howling but didn't feel a thing.
