Customer service sucks especially in the front, all the originals nurses and doctors are gone! Even the lady who does the authorization she was cool and she's gone! My whole family and including my son went there! Now my son don't even want to go there cause he said his doctor act like he's not concerned! Looking at the whole situation and he wasn't doing what he supposed to do! Didn't ask questions about how the patient feels. This place needs to be closed, they just there for the money. Now my next step is calling the board and building inspector on this situation. Why they have their license and don't want to do the work. Customer service need to be improved and the doctors need to improve as well. read more

Asked to be seen but the sassy guy at the front desk kept saying I have to pay cash. I'm not a new patient I said I have the medical and he was so unhelpful and rude. Kept huffing and puffing when I said I didn't have my card like run my info you have a system find it. If you don't like your job why be there. Just bitter. Maybe the location is why he is so upset. read more

Been here all my years of life even before my life I was in the building. When I say I went from never wanting to turn my back ; to leaving' as soon as I could‼ If you need medication other than ibuprofen look else where ! Great for shots or check up. I've been on a long journey and still yet to find the cause with them being my doctor for this amount of time and treating my mother theyd have better answer for me but nope! So I took my kids and I out as well we know attend BHS. Office staff are moody . BUT BIG UPS TO SHIELA OFFICE MANAGER SHE VERY THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE OFFICE AND BUILDING SHES BEEN HERE OVER 10+ years. read more

I went in for my general check-up results today and saw physical assistant Elena K. I also saw her when they drew the blood, checked me, etc. She is far more knowledgeable, courteous, attentive, and helpful than any doctor I have met in my 43 years on this earth. Just off-the-charts charismatic, genuinely interested in my health, and went above and beyond to find ways to help. The receptionists were friendly, the guy who took my vitals, and the lab people as well. I am not sure why there are so many one-star reviews. Coming from my old doctor and her office, who truly did not give a sh*t, I can tell you that it is much better here. This place is in South Central but they are taking care of me, they have parking specifically for their office almost next door and Elena K. is overall an amazing individual to handle my health concerns. read more

If I could I'll give them 0 stars. If you want good care look somewhere else. I guess trying to be a good family trying to get good care for my father that had a stroke doesn't mean nothing but trying to find the good care isn't here getting yelled from a doctor because my mother wanted to get help from a cough that he has I never give review but I don't recommend this place at all and I'm not a person to complain at all but this place has my mouth open. read more

RUDEST most DISGUSTING FRONT OF OFFICE STAFF THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.! everybody there has a disgusting attitude. they're more interested in arguing and feeling Superior than actually helping patients. they give u false information, inaccurate information and literally LIE about the information they gave out. Jimmy Soliman has been my Dr for 8yrs and i haven't SEEN him n 5yrs because they schedule you with Nurse practitioners that claim to have "limited knowledge". def switching my Dr's office solely because of the office staff. lawsuit waiting to happen. read more

I'm Not A Big Fan Of The people That Work in The Front Office at all they are not friendly now the lady's in the back they the best Nurses there is they say hello they talk to u I Love them read more

Jenny Soliman is definitely who you want to see and the one I highly recommend! She is a RARE professional who is willing to take the time to listen to my long laundry list of chronic illnesses and willingly tries to thoroughly run all tests possible to HELP me figure out the best approach to coping and addressing my unique case and individual needs. She is focused on the patient and you can feel that she "truly cares" by how she is attentive and happy to investigate what is going wrong with her patients. In most cases desperate sick people rush to doctors with high hopes they will be like Jenny and find answers. Majority of doctors are in a hurry, don't listen, put out, burned out by their jobs, eyes glazed over, and they might be physically there but mentally elsewhere leaving the patient hopeless and discouraged. Jenny Solimon was the exact extreme opposite end of the spectrum. She wanted to get to the bottom of how sick I've been by all the tests she was "happy" to run for me and even going to great lengths to get my insurance to pay for my expensive medication I can't afford. Thank you so much Jenny, it's doctors and health professionals like you who really make a difference in the quality of another person's life and in turn gives them "hope"! read more

They are so slow and inconsiderate of others time my appointment was at 1:30. I was on time and it is now 3 o'clock and I still haven't been seen. read more

Caring staff. Knowledgeable medical providers. Lab on site. Clean facility. Will recommend to a Friday.

My girlfriend came in to get referred to see a cardiologist. She was denied to get referred because Doctor Carlos said she was too young to have heart problems. He legit laughed in her face when she was telling him that she has pain in her chest. He claimed she has depression and prescribed her ibuprofen and icy hot. She insisted on getting a referral for a cardiologist but he denied to make a referral and said that "it's all in your head" worst service ever. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here read more

Horrible customer service from walking in to walking out. I wasn't greeted. Nobody asked what I was here for. Very helpless people. Horrible place. read more

Honestly...Just don't do it. There are too many negative things that happened to me and my daughter to list.

They wrote authorization wrong and when I told them they did not admit fault and said it was indeed correct. I had to get my insurance involved in order for them to realize they made a mistake. They should be shut down. Do not go here even if you are dying. read more

Horrible place! Customer service super poor thank God i don't take my kid's there. Unfortunately SSI sent my child to that clinic for evaluation. The Screener outside needs more training how to screen a patient for covid, when the patient is showing proof of Covid results and it's Negative should be allowed to go into the clinic.. Also she needs to pay attention!! I repeated myself 3 to 4 times my son first name, Last name and Birthday and she asked me 3 times if my son had an appointment i stated Yes. I work for a non-profit i go to several non-profit organizations to evaluate the offices. My experience with this clinic was horrible.. Besides my horrible experience outside Dr. Who seen my son was super nice.. read more

Significantly, it was my first time at Morning-side Clinic the staff was completely professional and incredibly well organized. On the other hand, I would definitely recommend Morning-side Clinic to my colleagues' and friends. read more

Fantastic place!!!!! It was my first time visiting this office , at first I was hesitating a little bit because of the location but once I walked in and was received with such a welcoming environment, my mind completely change. I will be continuing my Husband and my medical care in this office . read more

Waited close to two hours to get seen. The place is filthy. You'd think it be clean given that's it's a medical center. The waiting room had drops of urine. The restroom was dirty. They only accept cash as your copayment and they don't bother telling you when the appointment is made. The staff is NOT friendly at all. Did I say the place is dirty? Looks like it hasn't been dusted in ages. My first and last time coming here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! read more

Besides neglecting my multiple phone calls they put me on hold for a very prolonged time. I then was hung up on. I called back and let the receptionist know I was hung up on. I just needed to ask 3 questions beings I'm not familiar with my new health coverage. Rude. Neglectful. Probably overweight ACC graduates. Sorry that I'm not sorry... read more

Worst place to see a doctor. Best advice is find yourself another doctor. They don't care what you are going through nor they try to help. They don't carry a disability forms nor they fill em out right away. They expect you to order the forms, then they expect you to wait 10 business days to receive your form. And sometimes the doctor won't remember what he said. In other words, he had granted me 3 weeks of disability after I was terminated from work. 10 days later he doesn't remember. Please! If you go there expect the worst. Plus... it's an ugly place to go. read more

Dr. Paredes refused treatment, is constantly telling me that I'M WRONG when I explain my symptoms. I've been a patient there for 15+ years, they have all of my medical records and he still refuses to treat me. I called the office for the documentation of his refusal to treat me. They told me to make an appointment just to get 1 Document. Never let him be your doctor he will ignore you and prescribe you the WRONG medication. As he also did to my mother. read more

Amazing doctors and staff! The doctors take their time trying to find out what's wrong rather than just giving you pain medicine and you're out the door. I absolutely love the attention they give you! read more

My mom use to bring my sister and I here when we were kids and we never had problems and I liked the doctor so I started bringing my kids BIG MISTAKE! the new front desk staff they have working there is horrible starting with the receptions' supervisor up to the receptionist them self's. So unprofessional. They are of no help. They don't even try. They are so lazy. Seems like they don't care what you're going through they just want to slide through there job. I will be changing my kids over to a new doctor ASAP!!! I would not recommend anyone come here! It's a real shame because the doctor is pretty good. But the mess they have going on in the front desk is bad for business! read more

Very unassuming from the outside, but when you go in it's quite large. The staff was cool cuz they gave us an appointment for the very next morning after I called. Took my mother-in-law in to get stitches taken out. They were starting to get red and puffy, but her regular doctor in a land far, far away was on vacation. Anyway, she really liked her experience with Dr. Soliman. Shocking, cuz usually she complains about everything. So, they did right by us. Would call on them again when the time comes. read more

I brought my mom to this facility last week because we were around the area and her blood pressure went down. They accepted walk ins which was great. The staff was helpful. read more

I think this place is wonderful. The staff was great and helpful. And the doctors were even better. Happy to bring my children here for medical care. Also happy the office is very involved in their patients lives such as having toy giveaways during the holidays and Back To School fairs. My children really enjoy it. Plus it's local for me. Will continue to bring my kids here. read more
