Ly integrates them into their daily activities and makes learning fun for them! She also tries to incorporate different cultures on a regular basis through music, meals, and stories. Who knew you could get a 2 year old to eat so many ethnic dishes? Ly's consistently been a great resource to me as a new parent- she provides regular status updates/progress reports, and takes the time to answer any questions I have and offer advice on anything from teething to potty training! Her experience has been such an asset- she knows all of the tell-tale signs of various development stages and illnesses, which has helped me to be proactive. Mike also brings a ton of experience and insights to the table, and is just as helpful. Above all, it's clear that Ly truly loves the work she does. She treats each child as if they were her own, and as a mother, it's amazing to see that bond and know that my daughter is in good hands, happy, and loved while I'm at work every day.

They thoughtfully look after all the children's well-being. The facility itself is ALWAYS spotless. Clean and colorful. Lots of good, clean toys for all the kids to play with. When the weather is good, they spend some time for outdoor play or a walk around the block. Our baby loves Miriam and David, he gives them a kiss when he meets them in the morning. I think that alone says enough about how much they take care of him. I recommend this daycare to all parents! Especially new moms going back to work.

Rather than remove this child from the program, the biter continues to threaten our kid and others. Indeed, the ultimate solution has been to move our daughter (2) back to the baby room. They have been unable to manage the situation using arbitrary and loose protocols, ineffective shadowing, etc. It has been a chain of poor management from the site direct to the regional director to the CEO. No communication or coordination between anyone. This is basically toddler bullying and they have a weak and vague policy that favors the biter. The end solution was recommends of other daycare centers for our daughter, the non biter. We have had better experiences working the cable company than little sprouts. You pay a lot for this program with expectations that leaders will dismiss disruptive kids in favor of learners with adequate behaviors. This was just not our experience in the least. It is terrible to drop your child off knowing she's not protected and signing another incident report and nursing bite marks that leave bruises.

I have two children in the program - one who is a 1 year old, another who is almost three. Previously, we had sent our eldest to Bright Horizons, which has a great, structured program. When we transitioned to Tartt's, I was blown away in the differences in how the centers are run. The teachers and all the staff at Tartts are genuinely excited to be there, engage with the children, and care about every aspect of your child's day. You notice the difference once you immediately walk in to the center from how you and your children are greeted, welcomed, etc. A great indication of the culture is the stability and retention of the staff - which, at Bright Horizons, seemed to turnover all the time and rarely does at Tartts. I think that is a testament to the business being multi-generational family owned vs. a large corporate enterprise that's based on churn and burn. Don't get me wrong, BH does a great job and this is no knock on them. The team has done a phenomenal job of navigating COVID and maintaining safety protocols - I feel completely comfortable sending our kids there. Separately, they have been completely fair and transparent in billing and costs, including pausing any payments while the daycare centers were closed and providing plenty of notice around reopening dates in case our family's needs changed. When we found out Tartts was reopening, we immediately came back to Boston after staying near family in the Carolinas for a few months. It was important for us to give our children an engaging, rewarding, and educational experience during the day with two parents working from home that we could not replicate on our own!
