I worked directly with attorney Julie Kling on matters involving employment law and personal liability issues. She was very hard working, easy to get in touch with, and made time to go over my options. She was upfront about costs, and outcomes. Our buyers attorney performed a title search (which we paid this office to do in 2016) and it was determined that we did not own 13 of the acres we were under the impression we purchased. This of course caused problems with our buyers and the loss of around $20,000 on our part. Now this office is only willing to shift blame instead of taking responsibility for the service we paid them to do. We are recommending to everyone we know that may even someday buy real estate to not use this office.

Alan went to bat for as high a settlement possible while doing his best to avoid an expensive trial. He brought the case home and was able to persuade the insurance company to award a very fair settlement. It's really a great thing to know that there are honest lawyers who are going to go to bat for those who have been victimized. I know I can call Alan for any legal issues and I will be honestly and professionally and knowledgeably taken care of. Steve B
