Just a few of my interactions... 1) I called and asked for information (inquiry only) to later find they actually changed the terms of my policy; 2) requested a change of address, which was confirmed in writing by SF, and was later changed back by the agent's office; 3) adjusted my policy based on life events and the amount I was quoted lasted exactly one payment cycle. Because, apparently, the staff screwed up the paperwork. Just save yourself the headaches and find someone else.

Customer service is number one with Roni Siegel. Though she is not my agent I had the pleasure of witnessing her AMAZING customer service last year. I am writing this so late because I have found how poor customer service CAN be when it comes to insurance and related entities, but her assistance had no benefit to her or her colleagues as I am a Statefarm bank member and had to have my identity verified with a local office w/ corporate on the phone.
