I was in Stephenville to pick up my daughter's furbabies while she goes on a trip. Driving up, it's evident that this was originally a convenience store (my daughter has already told me that, so I wasn't surprised). Ample parking, with a front door space, was waiting for us. Walking in, we were warmly greeted and directed to the seating area off to the right. We were able to get a nice big table that was out of the traffic flow. A server came quickly with menus, water, and chips and salsa. We quickly decided on what we wanted, placed our orders, and started munching on the chips and salsa. The salsa wasn't spicy, but it did have a very good taste. Our orders came quickly and were just as ordered, I ordered a steak chimichanga, and it came with beans, rice, salad, and sour cream. Everything was flavorful, and I enjoyed it. My opinion is that the food is very Americanized, but in this case, I am not holding that against them. Will I return? Definitely!
